I have to reset mine and now it is asking for the device password when I try to live stream. I have tried every password I can think of and the SN of the device and none work. I tried to reset the password but it says failed to reset when I try to scan the QR code. I am getting so mad that I can't even see straight.
I reset it, the green light blink 2-3 times and turns solid green. Then after the scan, it shows "failed to add your device" when it tries to connect to the cloud. Where is the problem ?

@@krul23 which light is on in your cam. In my case my camera connect/linked in account which user id and password i forgot and green light continuesly on its means it's connted but i can't able to view or access or even it cant unpair after reset so i connect to lan of wifi and its working now ( after re-register by new id pass)
@@amitraghuwanshi6902 the non-flashing green light, meaning it is suppose to be connected but it doesnt because i cant view the live vid on my app..i guess i'll try to delete and add back the device, hopefully it doesnt affect the imou protect subscription
To change wifi password, you need access to the router wifi via IP address on web browser to find the wifi setting item and change the wifi password. After change wifi password you need reset the cameras and connect connect wifi again. Thank you!
After firmware update to 220122 it stopped recognizing people and sending notifications. Does anybody know how to downgrade? Does anybody have the same problem?
