I don't mean any disrespect to the other content creators in TM but apart from the main channel, this has to be my favourite out of the new ones created. Keeping it simple but extremely engaging ♥️
I don't know even if I'm asking right, but is there thing called 'how you listen to music'. Sometimes (mostly) people around me get easily attached to a piece of music which I would take long be it rhythm or lyric, they carry music around them daily which I get to it occasionally (thanks to vikram OST) does that I lack that musical sense or PPL around me have higher sense.... Yarrtayatchu badil irundha podavum....nandri vankkam
Yow super ya.. 👌👌 I thought this one as some indie song with thumbnail. But very good learning about music basics. Kudos to the team behind it. Semma vibe. Keep up the good work. 👍

Beautiful playlist actually. And I noted in this video. Left la iruka Vijay na voice right earbuds la kekudhu, berty na odadhu left la kekudhu. It would have been a great experience if it was the other way around.
I am not such an music lover because I listen to podcasts. Mainly I know you from svk podcast. after seeing this you have created an interest in music for me . really love the words popping up for new terms 🤎
Hi flac monkeys actually Vijay bro is correct A4 - 440Hz is standard world wide for tuning so the next octave A wil be 880Hz ... A4 is fourth octave of A in piano, considering piano as it has the highest range in instruments ...also the the A4 in guitar is in 1st string 5th fret not the one berty played.. keep up ur good work hope to see more informative videos...
The animals brand oda *house of the raising sun* songla irukka guitar notes pathi pesunga na yanakku antha pattu romba pudikku kurippa athula vara guitar notes 🎶

**nerd alert** There are multiple inconsistencies with what berty explained about music theory. 1) the number 440Hz he's talking about is the frequency of the 'A4' note on the piano meaning, when the fourth 'A' note on a piano is pressed, the string inside of piano is vibrated 440 times a second(I'm simplifying the working of piano for ease of understanding). This number is accepted as the international standard for tuning of musical instruments and the likes. The first note berty plays is actually 'A2' **not** 'A4'. Frequency of 'A2' can be calculated by dividing it by 2 to obtain the freq. of 'A3' and dividing the later again by '2' to get freq. of 'A2' note which will be 440/4 = 110Hz. 2) When Vijay Varadharaj anne points out that the 'A' note in the next octave is 880Hz at 2:37 , HE IS RIGHT(not fully as it is not A4 but A2 anyway he got the concept right). Frequency doubles at every octave(exponential increase). 3) At 2:40 when berty says "wavelength matum maarum" he's wrong, freq. and wavelength are inversely linked, try visualizing a wave, it'll be easy to understand. Only when frequency increases wavelength comes down. 4) At 2:07 There are not only 7 notes in between a repeating note(though that is the case of simple scales like majors and minors). there are a total 12 notes in a set of non-repeating notes. eg, A, A #, B, C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A. 5) 3:40 berty sonna almost ellarum 7 notes(in a given scale) limit ah break pannirukanga(mostly this technique is used for conveying discomfort, this can be compared to using dutch angle or dolly zoom in a movie😇). One example that comes to my mind immideately is raaja iyya's nee paartha paarvai, in that song at 2.04(spotify timestamp, but don't skip to that timestamp you will need to hear the song for a brief time to let your mind sync to the song's scale) when he breaks out of scale it feels eargasmic. when breaking scale is done right it sounds great. 6) At 6:03 major or minor chords are not happy or sad chords by themselves. It is a myth amongst many(because of the physics of major 3rds and minor 3rds see link 1 below). Chords in combination when played next to one other ie, progressions gives us actual emotions. 7) at 8:16 it is not inbuilt nor evolutionary trait but pure physics see link 2 below. All that said this channel/show is a great initiative to take music knowledge to the commons(something that this soil badly needs). Keep doing this and pls do more research/double checking. If you are interested in learning the math behind music see link 3 below. From a sincere temple monkey. P.S. classic temple monkeys messed up the audio(left/ right channels are flipped daaaaaaaaaaa).
