I found sita ram barely above average for bhathura the chole was excellent except for the anardana which irritatingly comes in between the teeth. I me 60 years old even street vendors on tokris used to have better Bhatura than most of these shops now. Of course i never ate at sitaram as a teenager so i wont be able to judge if it has changed. Though not extensively tried out all the top listed outlets my best so far is the Radhe Shayam in Noida( its probably a branch of A delhi location) at the shopping complex next to Felix hospital. You should try that. The best chole bhathure in life I tasted was in 1986 at Hyatt Regency ring road at their At Home for families and friends of employees.
