Yes ma'am we absolutely do build in La Vernia and are EXTREMELY familiar with the area! Funny enough, this is where our company started over 25 years ago, and we have built well over 200 homes throughout Wilson County. The owners of our company still reside in La Vernia!

Okay I am extreme OCD. In bath tub dead fly & to the right of the tub faucet. When selling above million need to fix this stuff just saying. Nice house but like mine better I built custom on the lake north Texas.

Texas home builders are known for relatively cheap homes. Sorry but the house is basically Sheetrock, white paint and cheap cabinets. The “builders grade” exterior doors, Home Depot tile floor and cheap stucco with expansion joints galore all for the low low price of 1.3mil……
This could not be further from the truth regarding our home and the materials we use, but respect your opinion!
Property tax on this would be at least $30,000 a year?
Kitchen too small
