It's a slide cancel. So he is sprinting, sliding, then pressing jump which cancels the slide and puts you back in a standing position. It lets you ADS instead of only being able to hipfire from tac stance which is normally what you're limited to during slides.

@porkyheroes there are other aspects other than aim. That's why pros are on a completely different level. And even with aim assist, not everyone shoots like that. For example....the people they're playing against.
If that was true, then most people would have that type of accuracy. I have met and seen PC players that have way better aim than console players. You guys get to use your entire arm and we are stuck to our thumbs. Ximming on console is considered cheating to console players, and for a good reason.
