Margaret Qualley is so incredibly likable, it doesn't really matter what she does in her interview, love seeing a more genuine interview. Seth, that was masterfully done.
One of the best interviews I've ever been lucky enough to have gotten to enjoy. Seth's got such an amazing way of disarming any intrusive psychological social barriers and making the interviewee feel right at home. Honestly, quite the gift. That, and the heckin hog he has to lug around in-between them legs of his. Lmao
She is such a talented actor. I'll never forget her turn in "My Salinger Year." She was so wonderful in that role. I'm really looking forward to seeing this film.
Okay. I’ve seen her mentioned a lot… but never really watched or listened to her… L O V E HER! ANND she’s from my neck of the woods too! Like a couple towns away ! So awesome!
Fun funny conversation, Margaret is fantastic. Thank you Seth, Late Night writers, and crew. Many times The Best late night show on TV .....besting those other guys in the Strike Force 5 It;s all good man. Haha
Amy Poehler was right your hands are just going wild through the interview. Seemed like ya try to clasp em and control it but they just keep getting away from ya haha. Were you a mime or an orchestra conductor in a previous life?
Honestly, I have to say that. Just listening to her voice would probably make me nuts. I tend to listen to a lot of videos, I don't always watch. And the nasal voice with a bit of vocal fry in this one has grated on me a bit
Has he had any one on who's under thirty five? I ask that because family trips for Gen x were quite different from what family trips would be for someone this young and this rich
1:27 Talk shows in the 60s-80s had liquor in the green room for their guests. No big deal. It loosened them up and made them funnier and more interactive. Believe it or not, a lot of people in the entertainment industry are introverts in real life. They may come across as the opposite of that in movies and tv shows, but yeah...
Because they're on Thursdays now on RUclips. It was not John's decision. The company decided that they were going to delay showing the videos on RUclips in the hopes that people would be inspired to pay for Max in order to get them on Sunday nights
Hilarious that the same people who come up with the monologue, the amazing Closer Look segment, and bit after bit of pure gold also came up with "It must be fun to promote a movie that is both very funny, and also that you like your castmates." Like, "Yes.. I enjoy having fun with friends and making money. Yes."
This interview gave me a greater respect for Seth. You can tell he is trying so hard to make her feel more comfortable.
please welcome for the 2nd time margret qualley everybody
She’s making him uncomfortable
Margaret Qualley is so incredibly likable, it doesn't really matter what she does in her interview, love seeing a more genuine interview. Seth, that was masterfully done.
"Day Drinking With Margaret Qualley"
MAKE IT HAPPEN SETH
It would probably only be hahahahahahah
No, She does seem(s) clever.
+1
She’s hilarious and so adorable! She reminds me so much of her mother, especially her laugh.
My thoughts exactly!
I was thinking, 'Her laugh reminds me of Andie McDowell' and I Googled her 😂
They were together in Netflix series Maid from 2021.
Gotta check that out
I am really enjoying the generous amount of tongues-in-cheeks in this thread...
Maid was great
And then it all made sense 😂

Margaret Qualley seems like the most genuine, interesting, charming and talented person in the film industry. What a great, relaxed interview.
Seems that you need to know more people in the film industry. Specially talented 😊
@@JKReAlSeems like it was their opinion and you had no reason to be snotty about it.
@@DuskWolf99seems like it was my opinion and you had no reason to be hypocrite and snotty about it. So 🤫 shhh
@dontreadmycommentsplease9509 not just a bit, LOL. ✌🏻each to their own

For those of you looking 5:05
crazy how he couldve just said he liked the original name but instead he kept repeating it. kids when they are allowed to curse vibes.
She was so brilliant and natural in "Maid". I can't wait to see "Drive Away Dolls"!
Omg, she looks nearly IDENTICAL to her mother in her Four Weddings and a Funeral days with that haircut!! ❤ And she has the same laughter too!
This had to test Seth's abilities as an interviewer 😂
My opinion is that Seth Myers is the best late night interviewer.
He, actually listerns and can roll with whatever the guest says.
he met the challenge! I must admit I suspect she wasn't 100% straight...
💯!! 😂
@@VictorianDad He is always well read, and seem interested in what they say. He does cut a bit too much, I think. But it is a 10 minute interview.
It was a choppy take…her laugh is distracting…in corporate America that would be a turn off.
Margaret reminds me so much of her mother... So classically beautiful. And it seems like she has a very bubbly personality.
And her laugh... 😆❤
So, so like her!!
Who's her mother?
@@Phil-tt3xg Female lead from Groundhog day, Andie MacDowell
I was trying to place her, and O just literally rewatch 4 weddings and a funeral yesterday. They are so similar.
@@Phil-tt3xg Andie MacDowell.

i still going back watching her kenzo commercial, she's perfect!
I had no idea what a Kenzo was, so I googled it. Glad I did. ruclips.net/video/NoMqvniiEkk/видео.html
That laughter is so contagious ❤
Post Covid, remember “contagious” can be a good thing!
Wow she looks and acts exactly like her mother! Which is a good thing! I love her mom
She’s really looking and laughing like her mom. Terrific actors both. Fun interview.
Just learned who her mother is. Cool.
Her performance in Maid was truly unforgettable. I've never been drop-kicked like that before.
Wow, such an infectious Laugh. Perfect.
your interview skills are on fire Seth.
10 years of practice is really paying off 😊
@@phobos258And seven years of Weekend Update.
Visiting San Francisco, my tourist plans for today just changed. Vibrator Museum, here we come!
I'm buzzing with excitement. (Too much?)
@@Picklesnot-co3k Just right.
She was probably talking about the local shop chain Good Vibrations which also has museums of antique vibrators.
She's ADORABLE
Okay. I’ve seen her mentioned a lot… but never really watched or listened to her… L O V E HER!
ANND she’s from my neck of the woods too! Like a couple towns away ! So awesome!
I love the answer that “he’s small in years.” 😂 awesome
"she doesn't just think i'm walking around with two small dudes" lmao SENT me
Really enjoyed her acting in MAID & can't wait to see her new movie!
Wow if she’s sober in this interview, I’ve got to find her other interviews.
Ikr!?
Fun funny conversation, Margaret is fantastic. Thank you Seth, Late Night writers, and crew. Many times The Best late night show on TV .....besting those other guys in the Strike Force 5 It;s all good man. Haha
she is a regular giggle box. delightful. probably a riot stoned.
just watching her precious face makes me happy, she's free, smiley and beautiful
Amy Poehler was right your hands are just going wild through the interview. Seemed like ya try to clasp em and control it but they just keep getting away from ya haha. Were you a mime or an orchestra conductor in a previous life?
Well that went off the rails almost immediately. 😂
Margaret is so reminiscent of her mother kind of scary 😂 she's wonderful 💙
Lol i never heard her casual voice like this. I loved her in Maid but it was all serious there
Day drinking with Margaret would be a must watch
SInce that Kenzo World ad she did I've been a fan ^^ This was delightful
Well done on deciding to do the interview sober Ms Qualley! Hope this one went well enough that you can continue the streak. Good luck ❤
Welp I'm officially in love with Margaret
Welcome to the club!
i adore her laugh! it’s so infectious
We love Margaret qualley and seth meyers
absolutely super funny and adorable guest, looking some like the female version of Timothee Chalamet...
So many questions....poor Seth....but loved Margaret! 😂
I have no idea who she is, but she's adorable and funny so Seth, take Day Drinking!
the way seth segued into horses is hilarious
whoa her voice is amazing
Day drinking with Margaret?!?
Miss Qualley should be in French movies.
She seems very charismatic and bubbly? I wouldn't mind sharing a drink and talking about our favorite movies that involve horses, lol.
She’s got her mother’s hair and her huge laugh.
I saw the movie three times. It was only in town one week.😊
This seems to be my comment for a lot of guests, but I think Margaret Qualley would be a great on "Family Trips."
My lord that laugh. ♥
OMG, she is too adorable!
That was funny as hell but now I kinda wanna see what it's like when she's actually high
I suspect she really was
What an amazing story. Þhanks for sharing. Go get yourself a purple
sequined dress. You are rocking it now!
Her aura is SO charming! ❤
Both did great😊😊😊😊😊
Please invite her on family trips podcast!

She seems so much like her mother that I knew it was Andie McDowell's daughter before even looking it up.
What a great laugh!
man, she's hilarious. Also, The Substance was completely insane.
I’m not convinced she’s sober 😂
She's got that Julia Roberts infectious laugh
her mom is amazing in "the dress up gang"
I guess Margaret Qualley, is adult Tina Belcher.
…butts
She's nuts and I LOVE it
Jack Antonoff is one seriously lucky guy. She just seems lovely and down to earth, in addition to being a wonderful actor!
He gets to be with Margaret Qualley at home and Taylor Swift at work!
It was such a great movie and Margaret (as well as the rest of the cast) was fantastic in it. I definitely recommend giving it a watch!
Y'mean, like at a retirement party?
I'll just admit it... I'm hopelessly in love with Margaret Qualley.
From what I've heard about horse girls, "it seemed sexual" is not always so far off the mark...

Harrison Ford is a perfect example. Watch his talk show interviews. You know he is on something as a crutch.
Dear gawd she looks just like her momma- what a sweetie
Didn't know about Ann Richards. She is the best of USA.
How the times have changed.
it seems
Love me some Ann. Her daughter, Cecile, is no slouch, either. 💟
@@Picklesnot-co3kOw! You learn.
Positive she’s high - “I’ll pretend I follow” says it all. 😂
The movie was pretty funny. Like a lot of Coen Brothers. She's got a promising career.
Hey Seth, big fan. Can you ask John Oliver why I haven’t been able to stream his videos on RUclips since the show restarted?
Because they're on Thursdays now on RUclips. It was not John's decision. The company decided that they were going to delay showing the videos on RUclips in the hopes that people would be inspired to pay for Max in order to get them on Sunday nights
I’m like Jack Jack.. Jack White? No way and then I hear Antonoff. Now that makes better sense.
I know who her mom is but she also reminds me of Julia Roberts! So beautiful and charming.
Same comparison happened here
Kudos to the title writer for clickbaiting me into wanting to find out what a drive-away doll is and why a set of them would be in a vibrator museum
Was she referring to the ann richards 88 dnc speech?
She has her mother's laugh.
She really does!
What a vibrant personality!! 😃♥️
My memory of Andie McDowell is her interviews on Letterman mispronouncing "Jurastic" Park.
“…and it felt sexual.” 😂😂😂
I genuinely thought she was high until 2:00
It's a nepobaby. "A foot in the door and so much more".
Charming, nervous, beautiful, mentally disorganized, lovely mess of a woman!
Loved her in Death Stranding.

Can you imagine her and Seth in Day Drinking 🍸.
Ps. Just checked out her dancing on the video. She's such a beautiful dancer. 😮
Googled her in the middle of the video: Learned she is Andie MacDowell's daughter and now I too see it :D
Throughly enjoyed this convo. She is definitely her mom's daughter. Her energy is lovely!
Dakota Johnson should take a page from her fashion book.
She is chaos.
She looks SO much like her mum in the 90s wow
now i know why she and jack are married
If she didn’t say she was sober I would think she was high on cloud nine by how much she’s laughing
Young people are funny. Check back in fifty years. Just saying.
I owned a Dodge Aries
Seth back in casual gear.
listen to me carefully, Margaret Qualley as Harley Quinn
Is this before or after the interview with Jenny Slate? Horses in both interviews.
