This is a _sprite animation_ this is not a Sonic Mania mod, or ROM hack. Everything was animated by me in Adobe Animate. Putting this here because I know not everyone reads the description xd
wouldn't be that different, aside from the different sprites and the insta-shield ..although the insta-shield made some bosses easier, and quicker to take down.. might revisit this idea someday
