If you still remember, he used to say that he almost gave up on So Yong the day she married the King, but because the King always tried to harm her, he must seek power to protect her: "I believed that I had to give up on you to make you happy...".
Hugely ironic that only Kim Byeong died out of all the bad people yet he wasn't bad at all. He only gave his all, to love and protect the queen in the ways he knew how.
I didn’t like him in Mr. Queen because he’s too straight/ by the book. I found him a little arrogant. But when I saw him in River Where the Moon Rises, I really fell in love with him. His chemistry with Sso was amazing. He’s really the perfect Ondal. Now I’m really a fan.❤️❤️❤️💛💛💛
I think he's a poor guy in Mr queen. He was abandoned by his own father and his only love doesn't love him back. He easily loses his sanity because of love. In contrary, Dal is much more conscious ans smarter than Byeong In, he chose to leave his love when he realised he would lose himself if he continued to live in the palace. I think both of them are interesting characters 👍
