I used to live in Lotus boulevard Sec -100 Noida, it was a pretty good gated society (flats). You should definitely check it out. Check the rates online and then you should contact property dealers to show the best flats and don't forget to ask neighbours about if there's any noise problem in the appartment
Chandigarh is best for you. Delhi have pollution and traffic problem. In Chandigarh you get more greenery, less traffic, clean water supply, Airport facility, big hospital are there. Telling this for your help. You can investigate yourself on internet. Distance between Chandigarh and delhi is around 250 km. Welcome to india.
Delhi does have its downsides yes - but we did end up getting apartment number 1. But don't worry, we will travel all around India and visit the other states!
You should search an appartment in a gated society in either Noida or gurugram. Search for a flat instead of a house, you might regret living in a house instead of a flat.
@@introvertinindia Actually I used to live in a rented house in a sector, but sometimes our neighbours used to play music on loud volume and we often gets lot of noise from children playing outside our house, and there are various other reasons to choose flats instead of a house and I personally think you should go with flats in a good society where you have access to all facilites like shops, pharmacy, etc. My experience with flats was much better compared to a house so I would recommed you to opt for a flat
Hello guys 👋🏻 warm welcome to India 🎉 specially Delhi 😅, You must have done the research bht for an advice try to find an apartment and live in South Delhi bcz it's way more safe, I mean gurgaon and other places are safe too but when it comes for night I don't think it's still that safe as of South delhi so simply live stay in south Delhi and visit other area in daytime and at night you can even have fun time in south Delhi specially south Ex area whuch is famous for clubs and all and also you'll get plenty of transportation here and most importantly all the measure tourist places like museum, lotus temple, etc are very well connected to this area. For sure you won't find that view which you got while reviewing these apartments but this'll be another level of fun and adventure for sure. Hope you guys find it helpful 🙂 Once again welcome 🤗 have a safe and memorable stay here 🙏🏻
@introvertinindia well first of all I don't know what glitch happened last night and that ended up in 2 comments 🥲 and yes at night NCR region isn't that safe to be honest also you can even go through some research or online articles about the short temper nature of NCR guys and that's where things could become even more scary in daytime also if you get into any argument with someone, but in south Delhi it's much much better even sometimes I went out after midnight (for medical issues) and had 0 fear and everything was very normal just like a safe place must have, also I noticed you mentioned the rent of the house, guys that's too much 😂 you should put some efforts in south Delhi and you could easily get a good place to stay even half of it's price and even maybe in a society..
Is there a minimum term contract you need to sign for the apartment and do they do credit or character reference checks to see if you can afford it etc ?
Rent seems so damn high. Do check online, the rental prices for other flats in these apartments. You could probably get these same flats at ~35-40K rupees rent.
@@introvertinindiaFor the golf course road in Gurgaon, the price is reasonable. Gurgaon as such is expensive when it comes to rentals. If you want cheaper options, then you should look in Greater Noida (which is also a part of NCR) but a completely different city. You can travel between the two cities using metro via Delhi (the journey is long though). The only issue with NCR is that in winters Oct-Dec, the AQI gets pretty bad, so do get an air purifier. If you want to move to other metro cities, Hyderabad is a good option, you can also try Chandigarh (it is near NCR).
Hello guys 👋🏻 first of all a warm welcome to India specially Delhi ʘ‿ʘ Well I know guys must have done the research but just an advice from my side instead of living in NCR region try to stay in Delhi specially South Delhi bcz it's much better in terms of connectivity to tourist attractions and also you'll get a better exposure of how it is to live in Delhi. Also from a safety point of view south Delhi is way more safe than NCR region at night times. I hope you guys find it helpful, once again welcome to India 🙏🏻
all ok but try to not go delhi any how specially at night also try to avoid the whole upper area due to pollution you can choose mumbai but it will be costly for renting so you can choose benguru or hyderabad or pune or chandigarh if you want good apartment in less cost
You can try out the food delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato as well. Just add DLF Downtown Besides Ambience Mall as you address.
