Hello Sir I have E bass flute. My doubt is when we play long notes for eg. "Sa", should it be played in such a way that the frequency is 329.6Hz constant if we check in tuner app? Is it the right way to understand the blowing intensity and correct suur? Same goes for other notes as well individually
You dont need to sit with tuner while practicing. Just practice long notes and slowly once you have practiced it enough you will slowly be able to match it with tanpura. Its all by ear and not by checking on tuner.
Without taal, the practice is like food without salt :) Without laya the music is incomplete. Metronome provided a beat to practice with, and helps you to adapt to tabla

There is no trick as such. You just have to practice it continuously and after a period of time that will automatically come. Practice is the only way ahead
