One more quick tip. If you save the carrier sheet from the vinyl, you can use that as a coating on the platen, so it makes cleaning off the glue easier when the job is done.
LOVED the video but, I'm confused...how could you leave the screen out in the light for so long while you put the vinyl lettering one without it getting overexposed?
I watched your video on putting the emulsion on, but it did not say or show how to cure or expose it (this is for water based - speedball). Or if you have a better recommendation for paint, screens, squeegees AND different size platens (sorry I am super new). I have a press and a heat press

WOW! You are good at something lol so if I use oracle vinyl can I wait over night for it to dry or will it lift off the screen? Thanks for sharing have a very Bless evening
One thing to keep in mind. If you can hold any vinyl up to a light, and not see the light shine through it, it will work. It does not have to be black, and it definitely does not have to be Oracle 651. Because of all of these promotions for their brand they have increased their prices extensively.
Juan, not to be a critic here, but once you wash out the screen, you should re-expose the screen for another minute or two. Using water based inks will make the screen last longer.
I couldn't stop laughing at your frozen water hose right in the mix of the video way too funny LOL
Sister he didn't pay the water bill hes trying to act like mother nature got jokes for him 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@crispychicken2743 you can use UV ink
Or use eco solvent ink, no need to cure it it dries on it's own (air dry)
What were the measurements on the image that you used for the back of the shirt?
12x10.5
Thank you and that print can go on all sizes of shirts from small all the way up to 3X?

What do you use to remove the water based glue ?
soapy water or press wash
I had another question the template for the screen won't work with this or will it
Sister I do HTV and press it to my speedball screen. I bought screen from amazon and just change out another piece if I need another design
