hi there. just found out about this scooter today, 19 of 2009. so, is it still considered to be one of the best portable scooters out there to these days? or there are others better? i am looking for something cost effective to use in the city to get around faster. i want something that i can fold and sit. any input is really appreciated. thank you in advance.

Con(s): 250-watt motor, 16 mph max speed.... not enough power for hilly streets.
