- A three-blade axial fan has been meticulously designed, incorporating the NACA 6512 airfoil, and has successfully undergone the manufacturing process. The fan blades, carefully crafted from rosewood material for its specific properties, ensure optimal performance. Simultaneously, the hub has been robustly constructed using alloy steel to provide enhanced strength and durability. For an in-depth exploration of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) details, kindly refer to the provided GRABCAD link for comprehensive insights into the fan's structural intricacies.

My computer doing basic tasks:
Those cables dangling like that in front of that amount of airflow, gives me anxiety
It seems fine, it's knot gonna get suck into the fan
I would like to know a few pieces of infromation on your hand made axel fan wind tunnel.1) What hp moter did you use?2) What is the OD of the fan blade?3) What MPH were you able to generate at what distance?4) Did you have a divirter at the exit end or a reduction to even out the speed of the air across all exit areas/Nice workBob
hi Bob my wind tunnel was very low budget project funded by my college., so i used limited resources to make this. fan outer diameter is 1.2 meter and test section velocity i got with this fan about 9 m/s.used 2.2 KW 3 hp ac 3 phase motor. thanks for interest my email anutech13@gmail.com
Are those wood blades
Yes, you can find CAD design and manufacturing processes in this video DIY Open Circuit Wind Tunnel Design and Development for My Undergraduate Thesis

That's a DC motor, right? Starts like one.
no this is 3 phase ac induction motor

Oh.
That's the squeal from the drive harmonics
Might be on a VF controller. Certainly sounds like it.
VFD
It's a windtunnel by hoover
😂😂😂
😮💖👍‼️
did anyone notice a turbo
