Hey alex, to fix your issue with patient not found, on EMS calls you need to select the patient THEN apply the treatment options in the EMS menu, if you just send ems to treat a person like regular EM4, its not gonna treat them (hence why the poor dude died on the street even though you had 3 EMT’s on him)
Also in the Montana manual there’s a section that shows which treatment to give to each medical calls, in case it gets confusing

@@TheNorthernAlex never thought that kind of system would be considered not compatible with games nowadays. I mean these games were developed and tested on these hardware pieces.
