Bre, I needed this so bad. The timing is (unfortunately) perfect. I left on a mini vacation yesterday out to the hills of Tx with my partner and their family to enjoy some peace and quiet at the river. For whatever reason I had horrible anxiety on the drive over and was dissociating very bad when we got to our destination. I was convinced i needed to go to the hospital, that my BP was through the roof and there was something incredibly wrong with me. I do struggle a lot with my anxiety but it hadn’t been this intense in a very long time. I had to call my mom and cry and talk while my partner held me until i felt a little better. Today i’m in a much better place but still dissociative and woke up to see you had posted this video. Your videos have always been a source of comfort for me but today more than ever. Thank you infinitely for all the times your videos have been there for me!
