Amazing job Chris. To put the stock motored GSX-R1000 performance into perspective. I ran q 5.24 in the 1/8 on my 'first in the 7's" Bandit. That was with a big motor (1500cc) and two stages of nitrous oxide pushing 400 RWHP. Power to weight is important...but using that power is the real trick to going #stupidfast as Chris is showing quite well!
I’m seriously impressed that the ZX-14R even started up, since it had a Hayabusa Keychain!! 😂😂😂 Huge fan of the channel Chris!!!! Keep up the great work and stay safe bro
Chris ,come on bro,you know better than to ask who we want to win between you and cam Girl ,I mean you Good bro ,but not that Good lol ,cam girl every time baby
Looking good as always cuz be safe listen to your gut for sure and you better watch camera girl she will mess around and take your job LOL! y'all be safe and love the video's
WOW!! now im gonna think of a way to beef up my arm adjusters, maybe anther size up on the bolts. Like you said think of going into third & that happening !!DAMN
Big fan here of your channel, I have stock (except Brock's pipe and pc3) first gen zx14, 8" over swingarm. Best I got was a 6.11 at 119 on a humid 84 degree day. I weigh 270 suited though. Is that any good or do I just suck?
@@TeamMooreMafia thanks for the reply. I lift in the 242lb powerlifting class, it's kinda tough to get below 235 and still maintain strength levels (in other words I'm not a fatty). Maybe I'll hire a jockey to ride it, haha. Much respect to you and your crew, I can't imagine riding that grudge bike, damn that thing is fast.
I love it! I have the GSX-S1000 and yea it’s a beast! Not this fast though mine runs 10.5’s normally! After 110-120mph the R model will blow around me like I’m tied to a stump but till then I can hang!
I bent those bolts all the time with hard launch on the stock arm on my 2016 14R but I was 285lb didn't think a lightweight could do it. I use these bolts now ( Dorman Hex Bolt - Class 10.9 - M8-1.25 X 60mm ) you can buy them from Advanced Auto Parts These are a much stronger than stock bolt, but if you start to 60ft in the 1.30's with the stock arm at least at my weight you have to check chain tension after each run, I use the DR2 Drag chain, and make sure that the rear axle is at 94 ft/lb or a little more.
Thanks for that info! I just went out and looked at my adjuster bolts just to make sure things were ok. Did you bend yours on the street or just on a prepped track?
@@scottieray I only ride at the track so I can't positively know about street use, but I doubt you could bend them on the street, unless your axle is loose. On a sticky track with a good clutch hand ZX14R's pull hard even a heavyweight rider can make some impressive short times stock wheelbase, and you can't imagine the force where the bike pivots under launch it's really amazing.
I grew up in Greenville, and I remember those grey, dreary February skies! My Pop used to race at Greer back in the 50s. Edit: I think it must’ve been the early 60s now that I think about it because he got out of the Marine Corps in ‘61 or ‘62, so he was probably racing at Greer after that.
Congrats on new record and it aint done yet, Id put money on that. Was wanting to ask you if the 2020 has variable cams and how is effecting the bike as far as being in dragracing mode only? Is it an issue or a good thing? I guess im wanting to know is do i want them in there or not?
So the 1000 is better for accelerating and the 14 better for top speed performance? Any way to make the 14 lighter so it will accelerate better than the 1000?
@@TeamMooreMafia oow, I see. Is it also possible to make the front wheel heavier to keep the nose down instead of a longer wheelbase? How would this affect handling?
It's Tuesday Tuesday Tuesday 💪 just got a hard slap by the miss to subscribe, wanna see videos with camera girl rip it if you can to inspire the ladies. PS much love from Barbados 💪
When it’s all wet everywhere and you end up with both feet’s soaked out, you wish to have the less powerful machine to race, when you start playing the 1/4 miles race, under 10 sec., and over 150 MPH , thoses are machine’s pushing 200 HP and + , at the back wheel, try to race this kinda power, in the wet, is not a pretty good idea, in my head at least. 😂😂👍👍👍👍
You weren’t going to go anywhere fast launching a bike at 2000 RPM I launch my ZX 10 a 2012 @8400 camera girl was up there on the two-step try launching At65 to 7000 thank you’ll do a lot better

It's amazing how far these bikes have came. Technology is a powerful thing!
Riding the 14 with a Hayabusa keychain 😹 Chris, we know where your heart really lies-with the Suzuki 👍🏽

That's the only way a 14 run good is if it got some about a busa on it 😂😂✊🏽
"I got my ass busted " lmao
I cant wait to see the future of this bike build. I have a 2018 things a beast!

Holy crap. Torque monster!
Great video as always chris. Disappointed about the track cancel but excited to see what she runs when the time comes.
I spy a B-King! When are you guys going 1/4 mile?? Looks like a metric 12 grade alloy bolt is needed instead of Chineseum.
Hopefully soon. The weather is still kinda messed up.
"THANK YOU!.. as always Chris for taking us along on the ride with you...

Not bad at all definitely at that weight I was 250ish last season before gearing up running 10.1 on a 600
That is good. Your weight is what's holding u back!

That felt faster even in my chair lol.

Damn dude you got off the gas and killed it so damn quick! Good reaction time saved you binning it. Solid effort. Can't wait to see more :D
That was quick Chris, nice catch, glad you're okay.
Did you feel a difference with the BST wheels?
well done man! I wish I had a track that close to my place, i'd be on it every weekend too.

That zx14R is sick👌👌 is there any particular reason you dont build an H2 drag bike or have you plans to 🤔
Coming soon
"Oh yeah, its Sunday!" Haha I love it! Badass bike brother
The Busa keychain tho 🤣 still repping for Zuk!
Am I the only person who noticed the B-king making a cameo out there come on Chris you gotta respect the ultimate naked bike
That last pass attempt was scary
Who thumbs down Chris's videos? If you don't like them why watch them. Close the tab and subscripe to Martha Stewart's channel.
Thank you!
Frankie stotz probably doing it because cik would of spanked bif.....
Lol.
Is that a stock shock on the gsxr

The variable timing gives it more tq which is what makes it great for drag racing
Maybe camera girl should teach them classes lol
Glad you were safe. But that gsxr 1000 is not playing.
So was the 1000 ran with the different sprockets before the change to the dunlop tire? Or were both changed since previous outing
It was changed from the first time with the bst wheels. 16 50
👍
So the 1000 is better for accelerating and the 14 better for top speed performance? Any way to make the 14 lighter so it will accelerate better than the 1000?
My 14 is stock wheelbase. If i made it long it would be very quick also. Quicker.... probably not, but similar.
@@TeamMooreMafia oow, I see. Is it also possible to make the front wheel heavier to keep the nose down instead of a longer wheelbase? How would this affect handling?
Glad your safe !
Did the same with my 14 after torquing the axle to 96lbs never had an issue again.
Yeah I'm guilty of running it loose.
Mannnnn that 14 launch was sketchy! Good job keeping it upright
Get them seat belts on! Haha
Hey CM, why not so many Ninja H2 outthere? 🤷♂️
To expensive
Camera girl need to get some coffee and get hype 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 #bikedraglife
Omg that's such a cool angle
Good save. Was the bolt just not tight ?
It is at the very back of the arm and it's actually don't have enough meat left up in the threads allowing it to be easier to bend.
Where can I sign up for your Drag racing school ?

Great video
What length track is this on..
1/8 mile

Kind of scary glad you are right
1st all thank goodness you saved yourself on the 14, and let use know when the tire drop
You got to buckle up
30 seconds left.. premiere party!
Thats a fast bike!!
What gearing are you using on the zx14r?
17 38
Do you plan on staying with a 38 tooth rear on the 14R? If not, what will you run next?
I like the 38
I look forward to hearing about your future fine tuning the 14R. (I have a stock wheel base '16 myself).
Damn crazy one
I think it was you guys who welded my shit for my gsxr some years ago
at 5:46 why was she pressing the horn as if that was a shift button?
It probably is the shift button, for the air shifter.
@@SimWrapMarket 🤔didn't even know that was a thing👍
That RPM hoodie
Cant wait to see you drop down into the 4s and beat your record GAS(nitrous)
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, enjoy watching the videos You remind of Chip Ellis. Is there anything you can’t ride ?
How about a class for us West Coast racers?
Possibly next year.
Lol cars are considered "very quick" doing 0-60 in under 5 seconds and you're already at 130mph... crazy bike.
