You should be able to. You would be setting it up as a Video add rather than a search ad 😊

You sure can! I work with a number of nonprofits that have RUclips channels. Once you get 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours on your channel, you can apply for the RUclips Nonprofit Program as well 😉
