Think you missed the whole point of the video. It isn't really isn't about you being inline with fellow teammates instead adapt to your team's play style. His team mates were so passive, and it didn't help the fact he wasn't any different. Therefore, no one had proper map control at all. CT might as well have played on retake servers since they had no proper anchor or map control. If you're struggling on gathering info, scale your mini map to a point where you could see the whole map. Look at your radar more often.

Play multiple games when you're feeling good, but just one or two when you're having a down day. When you are playing badly, maybe take some of that time to practice utility. I too am a really good mirage b site player/anchor, but that’s only when I play with my team, if I’m pugging, I’m playing a site. It’s nice to get a team, it doesn’t even have to be a 5 man you just need you and 2 buddy’s and figure out who good where. At least that’s what I did.
As B anchor player, i can feel the 1 v 5 vibe. Im silver4 with meh aim but okish position and crosshair placement. My aim is silver 2 lvl. I can solo that B site mirage with smg and shotgun, with nades 60% of the time. But most the time enemy gonna go A after i destroyed them solo last round. According to my experience, for T side you can either be the first entry (since you're probably not going to get a kill anyways, might as well create some space for your team), or lurk to get minimum risk surprise frags. For CT side you can go for more unconventional shotgun/smg angles to take strain off your aim.
I'm a very aggressive player. I'm usually mechanically better that other players at my rank and tend to go for the extra kills that may not be needed to win the round, but since I tend to be able to out react and out aim opponents it usually turns out fine. The problem is that I'm usually stuck in a sort of Niko role. I have to igl and control my team since for some reason they decide that 4 lurkers or leaving the b site the second there's action mid on dust 2 is a good call. I kinda have to make sure everyone's doing what they're supposed to be doing while hard carrying my teammates most of the time (25-40 kills, 25 being the low end of my games). I don't quite understand why I'm not able to rank up when I'm essentially solo boosting 4 shitters on my team almost every game
You already said what the problem is, if you are going for kills you shouldn't go for you will lose games because of it. @@Vornez the problem is that I'm not losing many games. I'll go on a 12 game win streak and nothing will change. Those kills aren't really losing rounds either
Hey Voo! Could you possibly go over when your teammates take over your position. I know the easy answer is just play a different spot. But my energy and mentality fall so hard when I am playing well in a spot and a teammate of mine decides to take over my position. For context, I was playing Sniper's nest on Mirage (playing it well too). And my teammate just takes it over without communicating it. I think the lack of communication is the most frustrating part.
What could he possibly go over there? There's no answer to that other then either play a different spot and suck it up, or talk to him, whether it's nicely or forcefully and make him play somewhere else. If it's a spot like A ramp or a place where you can get a bait setup going, that works too.
@@f0rtyy815 Yeah I just value winning over anything so I default to being non confrontational if it means continued good chemistry. The only time I'll voice my annoyance is either if this happens and it causes a bomb site to be completely empty or if they absolutely are playing terrible, the spot that I can play better
@@CrAzYxLUCKY It's not annoyance to talk to them. When I play, I call my position as soon as we win knife round, so noone takes it. Just don't be too stubborn about it but nothings wrong with confronting them about something.
Mirage is B short or window. Inferno arch. Overpass B rotate. Dust 2, Hard to say because common setup is 3 1 1 or 3-2, but maybe the mid player I guess. Train maybe Z. Vertigo is probably mid. Nuke is Mini. You'll notice a lot of these high-impact positions are the rotaters or Mid players. Anchoring a site means if they go other way, you are the very last one there and Ts will be setup for post-plant already so you have little impact on round win/lose. Playing rotate means you will be helping both bombsites defend and even if you have to play retake, you can deny a strong post-plant spot. Like in mirage window, you can rotate fast B and if Market window isn't smoked, you can hold the cross to bench and make sure they don't get that strong post-plant position. And you can even jump out and support if your team is either doing a good job delaying or has early info.
if you are silver, then you are silver. Not even tryna be mean but if you have 30-40 every game, then you'll be out in less than 2 weeks even starting at silver 1. Plus everyone makes a big deal of getting out of silver but silver and gold nova is the same. Silver just has the "title" of noob attached to it. Mg barely has the basics down. If you are silver, you aren't doing enough consistently, sorry to say.
I have watched loads of csgo 'tutorials' but I am getting confused, 50% of the videos are saying you should play defence and the other 50% are saying that pushing is a great idea, does this mean I should switch it up or?
I am a gold nova 3 but my average misplays per match are way above a silver 1. This is because I am kind of smart when playing but also dumb so like I’ll say to my team I am going to rush banana and I’m die doing this and then I go and do but die when I called that death and it could have been avoided
*Pushes through B Apts* "Yellow, wtf you doing? Don't push don't push. Stupid ****. CT, just hold site". Completely ignoring the call outs I give like "B apts clear. Stack A, I'll hold Apts / house ".
there was a lot of submissions. I took a few from the sheet that will still make it so hope isn't lost but with 200+ submissions hope is mostly lost ;x edit: there will be more submissions later so stay tuned :D
6:42, this is a mistake you learn of as you progress, cause a lot of lvl 5s cant hit that but as soon as you get to lvl 8 people start to be able to hit that and you quickly learn that
What's the point of playing Apts when you're the best player skillwise. It makes 0 sense, he could play mid or hold A alone and let the other teammates win mid by outnumbering the other team and being able to be helped by them fast if needed
people need to realise there are no ecos in pugs. Even at level 10 youre gonna be buying a deagle kevlar minimum most rounds, its just the way the new economy system play out
everyone on your team will occasionally have games where they're the best player in the game. the goal when you're having that game is to maximize the value by having as much impact as possible. if you're struggling in a game, that's when you might consider getting a bit more passive.

7:10 if you jump spot 5 in apps with awp u go coldzera mode XD
Great vid! I learn alot from them :)
Love this type of videos
Hey guys do you know any other high impact spot on mirage and other map ?
@@f0rtyy815 cheers up mate thanks a lot 👍
how do you get out of silver when your averaging 30-40 kills per game but still loosing
Don’t lose 4head
You lose slightly less points when you frag out, if you win 50-50 but frag out every game you'll rank up eventually
If you're losing with that much kills in silvers, it doesn't add up chief.
@@kneel3871 one reason is a lack of coms since my teams do not have mics or they die instantly so its a 1v3 1v4 so i save or they just outright suck
if you are silver, then you are silver. If you are silver, you aren't doing enough consistently, sorry to say.
i love the way you say poop
I have watched loads of csgo 'tutorials' but I am getting confused, 50% of the videos are saying you should play defence and the other 50% are saying that pushing is a great idea, does this mean I should switch it up or?
Knew when to switch things up.
You really have to pay attention to how your team plays. Adjust so you are covering their weaknesses and allowing their strengthes
@@chewyn6696 to add
Getting advantageous position thru aggressive early play may good idea
he has 4700 in the bank and just buys a deagle with no armor, dude what the fuck
I am a gold nova 3 but my average misplays per match are way above a silver 1. This is because I am kind of smart when playing but also dumb so like I’ll say to my team I am going to rush banana and I’m die doing this and then I go and do but die when I called that death and it could have been avoided
I love these videos!
I just found your youtube channel, great content. +sub
Why buy p250 on ct?
noti squad keep up the good work my man
*Pushes through B Apts*
"Yellow, wtf you doing? Don't push don't push. Stupid ****. CT, just hold site".
Completely ignoring the call outs I give like
"B apts clear. Stack A, I'll hold Apts / house ".
elo hell does exist, i have proof of me getting in to matches with players from silver to global, with me being a silver 6
Playing B is more about info so I like to play up closer than short....
JUMPING DOUBLE FROM POOP!
Im clearly better but very inconsistent. I think its cause i never focus on what i want to do during freeze time
I won 18 games still could rank up to lE from dmg.. if thats not elo hell i dont know what is.
Wtf? I’ve been in a match with 3 of the people from the video
At lower levels the five seven is insane.
I'll take the cz all day over five seven.
I don't know if I'm happy or sad my demo didn't make it
there was a lot of submissions. I took a few from the sheet that will still make it so hope isn't lost but with 200+ submissions hope is mostly lost ;x
edit: there will be more submissions later so stay tuned :D
I actually played with this guy before!
If this is the best player in his match, then I'm top 1 in FPL.
he traded his skill for his knife
CS has such micro decision, idk how many its takes to win a round
in germany we say 'klugscheißer'.
6:42, this is a mistake you learn of as you progress, cause a lot of lvl 5s cant hit that but as soon as you get to lvl 8 people start to be able to hit that and you quickly learn that
being a patreon just to get roasted
What's the point of playing Apts when you're the best player skillwise. It makes 0 sense, he could play mid or hold A alone and let the other teammates win mid by outnumbering the other team and being able to be helped by them fast if needed
That guy is Eggwhitefairy
He is such a dedicated b player it amazes me
This guy is good, but he plays too passive
Wait are you dragonmar
no
i hear the resemblance tho
he doesn't buy on eco to buy awp !
I hate those guys
people need to realise there are no ecos in pugs. Even at level 10 youre gonna be buying a deagle kevlar minimum most rounds, its just the way the new economy system play out
Im sorry to say but playing like this would make me go to sleep
When u laugh u sound like american Thorin
This was frustrating to watch
