I love that you share the basics of using certain cross stitch materials so people know how to start using them. I used variegated floss on my Coffee piece that you saw in my Flosstube, and it was so fun. I really like that people make variegated floss.

Thank you for this video. I've tried to stitch with variegated floss but have had the best luck. This helped me a lot. My only question is: how long do you make your length of floss?
You’re very welcome! Since I don’t use the loop method with variegated floss (I just catch the tail with the next stitches), I make the length about 15 inches (or the length from my elbow to my fingertips.)
