The plastic looking thing is called Chinese Prawn Crackers.
Jamaicans don't have the vast variety of foods we have, that chip is not plastic, it's Chinese prawn flavored chips, my mom use to fry up a pot of that on Saturday night in the 80s, it' served in many Chinese restaurants throughout the world. Trinis will never buy BBQ chicken from KFC as its a common meal we do in almost every house hold. The KFC BBQ option failed in T&T cause trinis rather make it themselves or purchase it from the local vendor. The best branch to buy kfc is at POS Independence Square branch
Ohhhh I see. It was the same in Antigua but in Jamaica bbq chicken is the best. When I go back next year to play mas I’ll try the independence square branch. The one at the airport was not bad so I know for a fact it was definitely an issue with that particular location

St Lucia sells what's called Honey BBQ Chicken wings as well as Sweet Chili Sauce Chicken wings, the BBQ, and Chili sauces can also be purchased as condiments as well. Barbados sells the BBQ Sauce as a separate condiment as well.
