thank you for this video. It would be cool to try without music and just with the sound of nature so it really feel like a virtual hike. Gorgeous nature 😍
Thank you for doing this! I was about to go to sleep but was curious if anyone had filmed Johnston Canyon. It was worth staying up an extra 40 minutes. Now I will sleep much better. This brings back memories from 40 years ago when my Mom and Dad would take us kids to Johnston Canyon for a night or two stay in the cabins. We would walk these same trails. Dad is no longer with us but I'm sending the link to my Mom so she can watch this too.
Very relaxing walk through the woods of Banff. Scenery 5/5, Solitude 4/5 (artifical walking surface, green safety fence along the entire length, only a few other humans), Stable video 5/5
@@VirtualVideosChannel Ha, here in the Smokies. it's really wet a lot and i don't think they do well wet. but hey an extra bicep workout is always good. :-)

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this beautiful and inspiring comment. I very much appreciate it :) wishing you the best in your journey back to the island once the borders are re opened!
Very lucky. We went just before sunset, there were 4 cars in the parking lot and the water was clear. We went again 2 weeks ago and it was insanely busy, water was fogged also!
Wow! Great video, I am planning to explore Banff National Park in July, is it the entrance also the exit way? How long you took the whole hiking? I really appricate that if you kindly respond, thank you.
You will have an awesome time there! For this trail it is the same entrance as the exit. It took about 45min to the upper falls with a few stops, so no longer than 1.5hr return :) Have a wonderful time!
Yes it is definitely stroller friendly up to the first fall. Maybe harder when busy as it can be pretty full of people. I suggest going during a weekday, early or towards end of day :)
@@VirtualVideosChannel thank you so much! it's hard to find trails that are stroller friendly because i find that if you wanna go further the smaller the trail gets
@@booyeah92215 agreed!! You are very welcome. If you check the video at 16:58 ish this is where some stairs start. It is not the widest trail when walking on the sides but I have seen wheelchairs before and strollers when less busy. Have you done Grassi Lake yet? (easy way up) Stroller friendly.
You produce enjoyable videos but perhaps put them up in versions without background music? Much rather listen to the natural sounds of walking, wind, water, etc
Yes we will when we record it again this spring / summer. We were talking during this one (bear in the area) and don't have any of the original audio! For now we have the winter version with the natural noises!
You are right. They did come out over saturated. It was one of my first video and I was still learning. I am hoping returning and taking a new one in its beautiful pure natural tone:)
These clearly aren't the sounds..... I have done this hike 325092835098235092835 times because I grew up there. When you go into that cave, the RUMBLING feels like the rock is going to crack and your socks are going to fly off.

Thank you. That is definitely the goal when possible. Sometimes, I cannot capture audio due to bear land. (Have to make noises)

When was it filmed, I mean what month?
I think we took this in September!
