I have a question related to baby born in sweden. If the father has swedish citizenship and mother has indian with temporary permit, do the child become stateless ? Do you have any information regarding this situation?

Great info! One question regarding witness. Do they need to live in Sweden or any person with a passport from India is ok? I personally don’t know anyone in Sweden who has come from India?

I think they need witness who is having Indian passport and visa. If you don’t know anyone then check with Indian embassy if there is any exception to it.
