If your friend that fell hasn't already taken a soak in warm water with Epsom salts in it. Suggest she takes a soak in the Epsom salts water to relieve the soreness. It works.
Hey girl, I love animal shows..but going up, we didn't have a TV. If we watched anything it was at someone house or at my mom's work place.
