北派少林 迷蹤派 五虎槍Northern Shaolin Mizong Men - Wu Hu Qiang

又名五虎追魂槍，為精武體育會基本必修十套的高級套路之一，源出滄州名家趙芝蓮。
五虎槍 以「五虎」為名，乃取其勢如五虎將臨戰，使敵有步步追魂索命之感、有力壓群雄之勢。重點要求雙手必須靈活，身法
上下翻動，進退閃展時能達至「槍扎一條線，來回看不見」之戰速快捷。
Wuhuqiang, means Five Tiger Spear, also
known as Five Tiger Soul Chasing Spear, a spear routine in the Ten Chin Woo Fundamental Routines.
This routine was taught by the distinguished coach Mr.Chiu Chi Lin of Hebei Province in northern China. The name Five Tiger Soul Chasing Spear was named after its ferocity resembling the legendary five tiger general
chasing after their enemies in the field, striking and piercing their necks.
The routine employs one end of the spear,
requires the welder to be skillful with both hands, and the overall coordination of the spear and the body.The old saying of Chinese martial artists that" Spear
strike in a straight line skillfully with blinking speed"

Li sifu,I watched some videos of northern styles spear set that the technique "lan na zha"uses the energy of the waist.this foundation does not apply in this style?

Hi Luis,
Na/Lan 攔, in the techniques of spear, there are 下攔,上攔and 提攔/遮攔.I think you are talking about the technique of 上攔(Cantonese pronunciation: Shan Lan).Yes, there is no that kind of technique in the routine. This routine belongs to the family of Mizong - Five Tigers series in which is included two spear routines, this one is focus on “Soul Chasing “, another one has the technique of 上攔槍which is called “五虎斷門槍Wu Hu Duan Men Qiang (in Mandarin Pronunciation)” , is advanced and master level routine.
