Tanjung Batu Beach is a popular recreational and picnic spot for locals and visitors alike. There are plenty of food and drink stalls along the strip of beach, with fresh coconut juice being one of the popular choices.
Beautiful view of the South China Sea and great to catch the setting sun. There is a jogging track which is well maintained along the seaside. Ample parking lots are available.
Take a car just 15 minutes from Bintulu town centre, you can reach the beach. Most of the people will have an picnic ,swimming,or merely jogging at evening around 4-6 pm.
During weekend, the location is crowded with family gatherings .
