The JJC CA-EF_RF Lens Mount Adapter allows you to attach any Canon EF/EF-S mount lens to the Canon RF mount camera body. It gives you the ability to use your primary lens and saves you the cost of purchasing new lenses. This Lens Mount Adapter retains full autofocus and image stabilization capabilities and contains no optical components, thus maintaining the original optical quality of the mounted lens. I was sold as soon as I saw the tripod foot! This will be great to mount my very heavy 14mm f/1.8 Sigma!
Thanks. Assuming all the lenses (nice set, BTW) actually performed normally. Do the instructions with this adaptor say anything about the sequence of mounting like the Canon adaptors? Canon says the adaptor must go on the lens first then mount on the camera with the lens attached. I don't know why, and it's a PIA, but that's what they say to do.
Honestly, I never read the manual. I do whatever works best for me and it's putting the adapter on and than the lens. If I'm swapping out lenses, I leave the adapter on and swapping out lenses.
Companies always have a preference as it's just to cover themselves. But there's no right or wrong order mounting.

Does this JJC adapter perfect fit (not wiggle) like Canon original??? I have K&F concept adapter but they have loose contact with heavy lens and often aperture F0 error because loose contact
Mine did not have any play or wiggle. I can't say yours will be the same.
Is there a way to remove the foot? The foot doesn’t allow me to put my camera into a tripod.
2 mins into the video (2:05), I show that there are two screws at the bottom that allows you to remove the tripod foot.
So does the IS work?
Yes, everything works as it should on the R series camera as if it was a regular DSLR
Does work autofocus in video?
Yes, the adapter works in video as well. The 3rd party adapters essentially fun too the same as the Canon adapter. All it is doing is allowing the lens to communicate with the camera.
