Everything is looking fantastic! A piping bag doesn't work with epoxy, I thing people are confusing the epoxy that you're using with cement. Cement works with the piping bag not epoxy.
Elegant, classic decor, beautiful, the painting seems to give the room gravitas, I can see the captains wife sat at the desk with a little posy of flowers writing a letter to her dear husband who has been at see for many months. I love it, Billy. ❤
I might feel a little spooked about sleeping in a room with a shipwreck on the wall, despite the awesomeness of the painting itself, which I really like. The colors are perfect for the bedroom. I don’t know where else I’d put it, though. The bathroom, maybe, that’s well suited to a water storm? 😂

I confess that I'm not a big fan of yellow pain colors, but the room looks amazing. I think the color goes well with the decor. Everything looks great.
I really like the sea painting in the bedroom. Hope the kitchen gets a lot lighter as theres so little natural daylight in there. While you're repairing the terrace maybe you could put some extra glass light bricks in?

First off, Michael's work on the concrete is such a hard, tedious job. And Michael likes things done the right way, so it will take a while to get that done. Between the two of you, you are perfect for making this Chateau glorious again. And I've got to say that bedroom is beautiful. The color is beautiful. It's got the WOW factor!
A piping bag would be hard on hands and wrist. It destroys your joints in your hands especially the thumb. You are so clever and resourceful Michael. I highly recommend looking into marine/boat paint for the ceiling in the kitchen. It will help resist any moisture and forms a hard finish.
