Do you think this could be made in advance for a crowd?
The only thing I would worry about is the cornstarch slury which might give the sauce a weird consistency once reheated.

I always say that Jerk Chicken is my deathbed meal. Love this concept but it can't be true JC without a finely minced scotch bonnet, regardless of the pre-made jerk seasonings or sauce. Thank you for the great alternative. Would love to put this into a roti.

I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious. I thought it would be too spicy (my fiancé and I are spice wimps) but it was perfect. And even though she eyeballs everything, the written recipe was perfect.

I believe most if not all the ingredients are pretty many regions of the world. The exception may be the jerk seasoning?
I’m sure you could order this online. The brand she has here is Jamaican Choice Original Jerk Seasoning (Hot).
