جب بھی آپ کاروبار کو بڑھاتے ہیں اور لوگوں کو اُس کا حصہ بناتے ہیں، تو بھلے آپ شراکت میں لوگوں کو لائیں یا ملازمت دیں، تو آپ کی محنت زیادہ ضرور لگتی ہے، کیوں کہ کام کے تقاضے بڑھ جاتے ہیں۔ تھکاوٹ تو اچھی چیز ہے اس کا مطلب ہے کہ آپ زیادہ محنت کر رہے ہیں، مگر کبھی کبھی ہم دوسروں پر انحصار کم کرتے ہیں اور کام بانٹنے میں کوتاہی برت کے بھی زیادہ تھکاوٹ کا شکار ہوتے ہیں۔
غرض یہ کہ کام بڑھانے سے اور لوگوں کے رزق کو اپنے کام کاروبار سے جوڑنے سے برکت بڑھتی ہے۔
بس یہ یاد رہے کہ آپ اس وقت انصاف سے کام لیں اور توکل کا دامن تھامے رہیں۔
