The setup for the super reportal is entirely visual (texture/model based) so coordinates for it aren't needed.

When i enter this chamber there is a fizzler on the right for me that spawns right after the flashbang. I'm new to speedrunning mel so idk if im supposed to do anything to avoid that or something

You're in the Advanced Mode version of the map, make sure you're playing in Story Mode (map prefix should be st_, so st_a2_underbounce).
