I've been a quiet watcher for some time now but I have to tell you that I have never been more grateful for finding a new channel. I watch your videos every night before going to bed or when I get anxious and your videos cheer me up like nothing else. Moreover you became a pretty big role model to me, because you radiate such calm confidence and I feel like I got more sure of myself by watching you. You show my shy self that you can be soft spoken and calm but still not have to put up with everything. I just wanted to thank you! Greetings from Germany💫
Yes! Carve those brows out with concealer! Take it from someone who was around in the 90s and over-plucked all the way into the future - resist the pluck! 🙂
Been in the 90/00s, had the non-existing brows, needed ages to grow them out and went through all the ugly grow out phases - never going back 😅 Squeezing is fine, just stay away from plucking them boys and girls 🙌
Omg when I was a teen I remember I use to squish my brows down and use a little hairspray 😂 i am a hairy gal and at the time…the look was not innn haha NOW I’m sooo thankful I never overplucked. But this brings me back. Also, can we get a hair routine/color/style video?! I LOVE the color of your hair
Hi Sophie! I know I say this all the time but you are just so freaking stunning. And tonight I’m watching this on my tablet and my 90s are coming back to me. You nailed it. Love love love it. Thank you!❤️
You can always use personal razor to make thinner and when you want thicker just add a brow pencil and you can also change shapes if you want to explore changes.
I remember the almost shaved eyebrows look, circa.. ahem 😏 late 1960's. Took me donkeys to grow them back again, and they're still on the thin side. Thank goodness modern products can help xx.
Those are my normal brows...sometimes i forget that I havent caught up with 2020-2022 brows, but those big fluffy ones or natural ones dont suit me at all. Is it better to follow a trend, or do what works on me but look out of place. hmhmm
I’ve had this discussion with somebody else in the comments, 100% get where you’re coming from and respect that. I had a mixture of reference pics of Gabriette, megan fox, britney etc so I was taking inspo from a lot of places. Never want to offend or hurt anyone, I just love makeup 😊🖤 if there’s something you’d rather I’d called the video I’m always open to hear Xx
@@SophieFloyd The reference pics r all from yt ppl😭 Theres a difference between culture appropriating vs culture appreciating, and calling this the “90’s makeup” when it’s literally the same makeup from black/brown ppl. With that being ur forgetting about the ones who did it and not crediting them which means ur culture appropriating just like those who also think this type of makeup is from “the 90’s”. And renaming the video will just be clickbait bc ur still saying in ur video that it’s the “90’s makeup”. This is all just for educational purposes that’s all.
oh i hope it didn’t come across that way, i had lots of reference pics of britney, megan fox etc with this style of makeup from the 2000’s so was based off that too. never want to offend 🖤
As a Mexican woman I do see where the inspiration pic of gabriette’s makeup and general vibe does give “chicana/chola/90s LA mex culture”but Sophie your look isn’t appropriating to ME, not that my opinion matters. I can see why there would be saltiness about how chola looks (which were not spoken nicely about outside the culture) are now trending with the likes of Alexa Demi and others popularizing them. I’m personally not taking one makeup look from you as trying to take over or pretend to be anything you’re not.

You are the Bob Ross of makeup vids/tutorials. So relaxing 💚
that’s so sweet!! thank you so much ♥️😊
There's something kinda bitchy about 2000s makeup I looove it . Very Megan fox circa Mary-Kate and Ashley films lol

My brows have never recovered from the 90s! Lovely look! 🖤
90s looks are my fav!!!
You’re so beaut you could literally pull any trend off
Your eyes are like the ocean, you are like a beautiful elf!✨
I actually love your eyebrows thinner

your looks are always so fun and inspiring!
I love Gabriette too. You nailed the look!
My fav look of yours, clean and stunning🤌🏽
You absolutely look gorgeous with thin brows it fits you so well 😍 you reminded me of Megan Fox
Absolutely in LOVE! 😍🤍
I’ve shaved my brows to make them skinny. My hairline goes down so low that my natural bushy brows just don’t work for me. Y2K everyday baby 👌🏽
sahara you look stunning
Sophie, do you recommend anywhere for small cartilage studs that you like? Loving the calming effect of your vids........
Love it homs ♡
Beautiful look, Soph!
beautiful ! xx
*Thins eyebrows “the world is my oyster right now” oh Sophie please don’t ever change darling 😂😂😂
Love it 💙✨
Love it as always x
literally stunning!! what camera do you use?? I'm rly looking for a nice one that autofocuses!
Really look forward to your videos!
Absolute goddess
How do you keep your eyelashes so healthy?! Mine hate curlers and mascara :(
pam anderson vibes 🤍
The eyes part reminded me of Hung Vanngo.
I wish your videos were longer. We only get a taste
Plucking is too much work. I did that in the 70s and the 90s. As an old lady, I have thin eyebrows. This is clever. Looks glowing and natural
Love this look !
Giving me Megan fox vibes haha
What nail polish do you have on its cuuute
Would you review the new isamaya ffrench collection

Do what works for you ❤️
Sorry but immediately no, I love your bushy fluffy brows! They’re my inspo ☺️
i definitely love bushy more 😊💕
Ohh the nostalgia
i would sacrifice so much to have your face. love u
🥺🥺🥺🖤🖤🖤
Who is the girl in the inspo picture? Gabriele who?:) Thanks
Gabriette! 🫶🏼😘
👍💖😘
I hate how this is called the 90’s look when this type of makeup comes from Mexicans/Chicanas/Latinas and black ppl😭😭

this “y2k” makeup is literally just whitewashing chicana makeup but ok lol 😍😍🙏🏻🙏🏻

you know how many white people have done this exact makeup look in the 90’? not everything is about whitewashing
