I think I needed something like this for the Ch2S5 since I started 2 3 weeks before the Primal Season. All I found out by now, at the start of the season, you can go from lvl0-100 in 2 weeks when immediately working on the rare quests.

I unlocked him in a week. Got level 200 within a month. I'll admit, challenges were already out because I did this in early August after not playing.
Chapter 2 season 8 was similar. Didn't play for a few weeks and then got level 200 in 2 weeks
