after lots and lots of hours and sleep deprivation, one of my bigger projects is finally done!! i’ve been wanting to do the ‘ the accident’ meme ever since i first saw it, and right away i began to storyboard, and i ended up having a lot of fun with this little idea of mine! the main character in this scene is adonis, and well, himself - the red-lined counterpart being his corrupt conscience personified. the character laying in the last shot is jack, adonis’ best friend who in an impulse of rage was killed.
this was a gift for my friend, julia; please consider giving her a follow on instagram - adonis is her character, and jack is co-owned between us.

Can we just appreciate how well done the atmosphere is? The unawareness of Adonis and then the sheer horror, and his counterpart is so sickly calm? Love it. And also the faded sort of eeriness of the background tying into the feeling aaaaaa I just love the composition. So well done. Also the little nod of the counterpart when Adonis doesn't know, very nice touch :0
Oh my wow!! I watched this a while back but forgot to comment 😭 everything about this is on point; the expressions, the poses, the lip sync. It's just so so good Lucid and awh my god I wish I had half the talent ❤️✨
