I Made a Giant Realistic Burrito Cake!

This overstuffed burrito cake was made with chocolate cake and Oreo buttercream. I created the “tortilla” with modeling chocolate and used a blowtorch to mimic the toasted tortilla look. I decided on making chipotle chicken filling, along with rice, corn, bean, tomatoes and guac! The burrito looked savory on the outside and was super sweet on the inside, fooling the eye and the taste buds!
