For the tulips only water them a little at a time (an inch or 2) so that when they shoot up it's in small increments and they don't bend or flop too much 💐
I’d recommend washing your hair every few days (1-2 days a week ) because washing your hair everyday strips your hair of its natural oils which are good for your hair and keep hair well moisturized. But depends really on your hair type some people have more oily or dry hair than others so like Straight and thin hair needs to be washed more frequently than curly or wavy hair because Straight hair is easily coated by sebum, which means it looks greasy much faster and Thick, wavy, or curly hair tends to be dry since the oil doesn’t coat the strands as easily. Sebum is an important part of beautiful, well-defined curls, because curly hair needs more moisture to stay soft and prevent frizzing (I’m a trained hairdresser btw)

Amber's calming wave 🥰 if your finger fits in the wholes of the ottoman, try a rubber finger tip that is used for sorting through paperwork in an offoce. They have little nubs on them and just twirling them in the holes the hair will stck to it.
with regards to the eczema i think it’s because u have an overactive immune system but when ur fuelling a baby (pregnant) or ur body is repairing ur skin in the sun or working harder in the heat the immune system activity isn’t being directed to be hyper on ur skin

It's really good that you lowered her cot after all the recommendations from viewers, however it needs to be lowered to the lower setting. Amber is evidently able to pull herself up from sitting and as such the cot needs to be on the lowest setting to prevent her falling out, not just the setting beneath the highest like it is here. I honestly don't want to come across patronising (I'm a mother to a young baby myself so know its frustrating getting unsolicited advice) but I honestly mean it with the best intentions. The middle setting is fine for a baby that can sit up, but a baby that can pull themselves up needs to be on the lowest. This is one of the most basic things that parents should know.

When your ears are blocked (wax, infection, fluid or just fingers in your ears) you will hear your own voice more than anything else so you think your speaking at a normal/loud volume when in fact you are talking a lot more quietly or softer.
I get exactly what you are saying. Just been to fuerteventura and my arthritis is a lot better, then a day home in server pain. You just need to go away more for your skin. Live your life because you can.
