There's definitely a black american bias to this channel. I've seen three so far that 'match' overtly expert black competitors in cherry picked contests: Friend Chicken, Fried Rice, and now Tacos. This is the kind of match up Charlie Kirk would use and it's very cringe.

To be more fair they should bring another person to rate it who didn’t cook. There’s always different rating scales. Someone is usually more harsh than others. The Korean gmas were pretty generous when rating the other plates..

seriously, honey+gochujang fried korean chicken is insanely good if done well. there's a couple restaurants where i am i go back to over and over again when i have that craving. they make the most delicious korean fried chicken, and also pollock roe soup..

I disagree. It came down to being between Tahera and Sang. They both gave each other an 8 and the other two women would be the ones to determine the winner. Mira gave Alesia an 8 and Sang a 7, nuff said. The Korean ladies were harder on the Korean dishes while the black Americans were harder on each other's dishes, which can be expected.

Imo they shouldn't be the ones to rate each other. A 1 and a 10 mean different things to everyone. It makes the judging unfair no matter what. This shouldn't matter so much because it should really just be a fun video about sharing culture, but certain competitive contestants as well as commenters keep making this about who or which culture is objectively better and that's just... not the point at all
