I'm kinda unable to understand what this song is trying to convey.
It seems to be very wishful, longing or something else that I can't wrap my head around

It's difficult to explain, because the true message of the song is only ever known by the original artist. But from how I see it, the song is about a protagonist who always feels empty/unsatisfied, so she wants a spell to be cast on her so she can dance (feel successful and happy) for a time. However it seems like the spell may not last(contrary to her wishes) with the lyrics that lament about tomorrow arriving, a cracking asphalt stage, and the final chorus.
