Hey, this channel is definitely my go-to when I have an exam coming up - which I do! 😩 I'm in my third year and have land and equity exams in a few weeks. I used some of the videos on this channel last year and managed to perform better than I expected and so will use them again! This has been very helpful. I'm about to move into a property as a servient tenament. My neighbour is the dominant tenament but they've fenced off 2/3 of my garden and have sole use when they should just have 'right to light and air' and 'right to structure ' (an external shed). This has given me some further understanding. Thanks.
