Is it just me or does anyone absolutely love the idea of them standing in a circle?
It makes everything feel so much more intimate, which is perfect for this song.
circles are very peaceful and human energy...
If you ever get to see him in concert....He does a circle a couple of times during a show with his musicians (well the 3 times I saw him) It really creates a feeling if intimacy in the room. Best music shows I saw in my life!

This is so beautiful. Patrick Watson has been on my repeat list of listening pleasures on spotify for a good chunk of the year. Most of my music choices are indie - and European based. I was floored to find out Patrick is a fellow Canadian. This is so beautiful. Thank you Patrick.
This amazing piece has been on loop-play for two days now, and still nowhere near tired of hearing it. Also....anyone else get distinct Desert Southwest sweet melancholic "Breaking Bad" vibes from this? I know there's no actual connection between the two, but the bittersweet longing and haunting melody...great stuff. New fan, more than happy to have gone to Amazon and paid my "dues" to the artist(s) involved. Cheers, all.
