- In this video, I’ll share the reasons behind my decision to stop playing Lords Mobile and creating content about it. I’ll discuss what led to my loss of interest and reflect on my journey with the game. Whether you're a current player or just curious, join me as I dive into the factors that influenced my choice.
Like I mentioned in my overview video I plan on keeping my account alive until I reach 15m each t2, then I will find someway to get myself zeroed for a video ( of course) I have no immediate plans to "sell" unless offered something good.

The game got boring when f2p lost the ability to compete. It's a war game and sitting in shield all day is crap

U can compete train huge troops 50m it's possible for f2p spend all gems & speed to troops min stat 500+ mix p2p attack f2p defend hehe

This game changed a lot in last 2 years or so. Us f2p get barely any rewards and the cost is just too much. Igg want us to be on the game 24/7. Last week we had gf which is 7 days, now we have chaos arena which is right after gf and lasts 5 days, after that is 1 day kvk, then guild expedition 3 days and in between there is DA... its just crazy, and not lot of players realize that. Its boring and repetitive. Im also thinking of leaving this game for good. The amount of time you need to put in in order to get some rewards is just not worth anymore for me.
I'm particularly on 24/7, at least every waking hour. I'm not f2p, and I still can't keep up. There's people that drops thousands weekly on this game. If I haven't had invested so much already, I would quit myself.
Like i said in your previous video it's sad but completely understood same has been the case for me like from 2 years now i mean if you need proof the game is actually kind of dead or dying just lookup the top lords mobile content creators they haven't been uploading from a year or two and that for me says it all.
Wish you all the best in your life Brando it's kinda heartbreaking from all these past years you've been an important if not the most important content creators for lords mobile for F2P it's hard to see you quit for a very good reason but i just wish you had some other way to keep the channel going!. I've always been a bit of a farmer myself. In the early days I enjoyed seeing my account grow, and particularly in managing my account in a clever way so as to achieve difficult goals without spending money. I never really liked the idea of attacking other players, I see no fun in just going around and screwing up other people's accounts, particularly so since the way to do that in this game is most often to watch people and catch them off-guard rather than by skillful confrontation. But when Brando posted his videos of him eating rallies like they were popcorn, that inspired me to do the same - train a buttload of troops to make up for the lack of stats. Problem is IGG keeps throwing new stuff into this game that makes it so easy for big paid accounts to inflate their stats at a pace that's impossible for us F2P to keep up with. Plus, it's dead easy, at least for anyone with enough experience to even consider rallying a 1.7b account, to guess you've got no research might and a buttload of troops, and once they realise that they just chicken out and walk away without rallying you.

Please don't leave us and delete your account, let it be a relic of the past but don't delete all your progress let it be there as a symbol to say F2P is possible I understand why you are quiting but you either die a hero or see yourself becoming the villain...

Glad I found this vid. I've been playing p2p for about 2 1/2 years and have only missed one day(not by choice, a new phone didn't get updated in time.)
I'm feeling the same boredom. I play mostly at night and most of my guild don't, so sometimes it's hard to fill a rally for Dark Castles or wars. Plus, the time required to play well take up too big a part of my sleep time.
I was actually considering starting a new acct as ftp, but the comments here cured me of that bad idea.

I've put so much time into lords. If it wasn't for the fact I have 1757 consecutive logins I would have quit years ago. I do my daily clicks, Kill a few monsters and that's about it. I still to this day, Do not understand how this game and the majority of other mobile games have normalized these extortionate price points. How is it even legal? Like I'm not joking, This isn't talked about enough. Image buying a call of duty game but to unlock a certain gun you need to spend Thousands upon thousands, and even then, there's an element of RNG that means you might not actually unlock it. Imagine putting down literal house deposits just so you can have a few extra attack stats. Imagine having 3 separate hero's, that to fully max out in 1 go would cost $10,000, EACH!
Don't even get me started on Gear and Astralite. I could literally rant about it all day. It blows my mind. Fair enough if you can afford it, who am I to say what you spend your money on but come on, its horrific value for money, Your telling me that your having more fun on your maxed out (Easy $150,000+) account clicking a mouse around a screen than someone who's paid $30-60 sitting Infront of there console playing the latest games with the best graphics, best sounds and engaging in actual quality gaming. Crazy crazy stuff and i would love to hear more peoples opinions on it.
The leader skin cost definitely need looking at & adjusting.
1 portrait per prize purchase (from pricey luck based events), need 120 to unlock skin & 40 more for avatar, that's insane.
@@feraldrgn Thanks for the reply. I agree with your point. Out of curiosity, Are you happy with the way you upgrade heroes? $100-200 to slowly upgrade for alot of them. Often takes months at a time, Buying $4.99 packs over and over. Of course you can max them out in one sitting for a massively inflated price. Again, this system doesnt work in any other form in life. Imagine ordering a Pizza in a restaurant and the waiter brings out the Flour and walks away, then you buy another pizza and he brings over the dough, You've already spent $30 and youve got nothing to show for it. By the time you've got a fully edible pizza Infront of you, you've bought that same pizza 12 times over. I know im using stupid analogies but it really does blow my mind.

I've bought a few of the 4.99 packs myself & find the price increase to buy another on the same day is just ridiculous so I don't buy multiple consecutively.
I'm also fine with leaving characters at base grade if need be since I like the ranking up aspect with hero artifacts more.
The 100 pricing for some of the "special" characters is insane & I wouldn't touch those even if I have the money for it.
Yep, you are right on the money... I've been playing for 2 years now... On and off... Never spent a penny on this stupid game, and never will... I manage to run a small solo trap and find amusement in it...
I also can't comprehend how anyone would just drop a house deposit on this game in one sitting, let alone 150 000+ over time... But speaking to some people who did, they all seem to talk about addiction to gambling.
I can also understand that once you've got your finger in the grinder, you want to complete whatever you started and do want to abandon it halfway with nothing to show... But people surely get used in the process by IGG...
Then there is the fact you constantly have to keep investing in order to keep relevant, otherwise, everything you've put into it becomes obsolete... If you've already spent 5 figures on an account, are you going to let it go to waste??
I guess the best solution is just to avoid going into the grinder altogether.
hey your post has made me decide to quit this crap after about 400 consecutive logins. is there some other mobile game you would recommend? and i hope no one has spent 10k or 100k on a mobile game. you can take a 365 day cruise around the world for 9000$

Agree 100% but dont recommend destroying all you stuff you might wanna come back after some rest...i stoped playing 8 months ago for same reasons but specially for the time it takes to play properly every day for a f2p its just too much. Do what you feel doing...cya!!! 😊
You can injure troops in GE or CA and leave game, when you are ready to play game again heal injured troops in GE.
Ive been playing 6 years now. For me the game died once igg allowed the bots to stay in the game. There is no longer a point of searching for castles that has lost their shield. The bot guilds hit them in seconds. All players and guilds that use bots should be banned. I want to quit the game but i keep playing to help my friends. Im now 2.6b might with 3b kills and im still not a rally lead. I still havent managed to mythical my cups. The game is a joke.
Iam same as you now. Bots killed it...... my account just rots, as I use up my items. Soon I'll boost and quit too.
We're all in same boat I got bored looking for kills and the ones that are available need food rallies in it.bots bore me and take all the tiles and war guilds just use the bots to jump in you withing seconds of shield drip which coincidentally is when you get connection issues too..strange that..
If I hadn't paid a few shiny coins into it I would have just let it go coz I CBA being on all the time and still haven't got gold gear even though played for 5 years

Agree, I started playing in 2021, both 2022 and 2023 was the year when I really locked in especially 2022. But since the beginning of this year with more event for p2p/p2w LM is getting less interesting for pure f2p. Most of my f2p friends in Lords either stayed but barely play anymore or simply quit and left. Those p2p, well good for them becoming small titans but also left the old guild and join with other titan guilds. Put us f2p aside, even Aevatrex, Tashi, and many other popular LM uploads and titans haven't uploaded LM contents for a long time.
I sold my account when they introduced astralites, I used to be a rally lead..i feel you.. Even as rally lead it gets boring and it's a cash grab scheme.. Because every update they introduce another nonsense.
Anyways I'm happy actually I've get rid of it and never looked back to it.
Kinda sad to see another LM OG loosing interest in the game. Has been a pleasure to be playing the game in same guild as you for years.

From igg business perspective, it is better fewer players that waste lots of money than what it was in the beginning.
i would not recommend deleting the gear and jewels man. you worked so hard for that and mabye you wanne go back to it if you feel like it. if you would go back you woul just feel like a whole mess when you know you deleted everything

Most guilds provide free healing for war to take burden off healing. Recommend you take a break ,keep the gear and account. WP also did a reaction video and offered u a spot in one of their guilds to meet new people
We open our banks right before a migration for everyone in the guild to build troops if they want. We always heal fillers. (Edit) we opened our banks for GF at times too.
Well The Conclusion is:
LM îs now a game 100% for P2P. Event for low P2p îs hard now. F2p to can fight must stay în Shield like 4 5 years till they get a good ammount of troops and some good gear. So what îs Point to stay under Shield 4 years as f2p?
If you want to get out... Wait for GE and get zeroed there, or zero yourself by attacking towers solo... At least everything will be in the infirmary if you choose to return.
Let me just say something for all f2p players
God may be with on your side I hope y'all realize that this game is suck even it did a horrible things for P2P players one of them is the well known Worthy prince

I spend over 10-15k+ in the game, and one day I decide to quit and sell it for 5k, that the best decision I ever made
People complain that there arent enough f2p updates but i just dont find this to be true. Plenty of f2p castles and mid p2p are able to absolutely hose bigger leads for little cost. Sanctuary give you back so many troops that i think it makes up for the lack of ability to take rallies well or to capture them in general.
As a Pure F2p i played 5 years still my account has not a good gear . I trained lot of troops like 10 -12 M troops and i forgot shield and everything gone to 0 This game is not for F2p players you absolutely got nothig Players using bots 10 Minutes late for shield now what i see i am zeroed in those 5 years i don't know how much times i zeroed as a f2p it hurts too much So at last decided to stop playing zeroing myself destroy jwels hero medals everything that can i destroy Now I feel much better no tension of losing troops shield nothing just playing other games and enjoying
This game is not for f2p if you are f2p at last you get bored mind and nothing if you don't trust me just ask any pure f2p players that tells the actual reality of this game
Suggestion Try some other games it is also good for your channel you got contents too and also enjoy other games

I'm 100% F2P as well, and I'm fading away from the game for the same reason. How much time am I willing to spend jumping through demeaning "tap here, now tap there!" hoops, just to get mediocre rewards? How many minigames am I willing to play just to make the exclamation marks go away? My tolerance is lower with each passing week.
honestly I just opened a new account and I got bored tf out...cause it wasn't interesting, I didn't get the same feel I had when I started Lord's mobile 8years ago
I played lm on and off for a few years. Never really going late game or really even mid game as this game just didnt catch my eye compared to games like clash of kings. I just got into it hard like 2-3 months ago. And ngl. After hitting c24. And now training troops for my trap. Im insanely bored. As a f2p im just sitting under a bubble and training. My day to day has just been login start upgrade. Train. Research log off. Dont even waste my time on other things as it just isnt worth it. Even gear farming sucks can only hit so much with my limited energy. Ya its cool to see wow my power went up but its just like im training like 3k t3 in 17 hours. Or t2 in 7 as my manors dear god arent leveled up yet. But its just bear boring. If this is late game i dont even want to get to trapping level troop wise. The time required just to get something decent to take a hit is horrible. Compared to other games I could've been trapping 1 month as f2p with smart management
I have been playing for over 3 years. The game was more fun when you didn’t know nothing. When you saw 4-10 castles together castle level 10-21 thinking they were dangerous while the real war at base was happening and you knew nothing about base. Anyways 3 years and I have mastered at putting a shield. Also if I have anti they will rally me that’s how confident they are that I will burn

When you done t5 reserc, the lunite generation and capacity ll increase to around 800k. I join rally and war still doing fine. For Mixed stage just try full rang/calv/inf. That should be fine.
Indeed, i quit about 18 months ago. I got really shitty cos of the bots. What's the point of p2p if ppls know info without actually doing it themselves. Having it at their tips wasn't for me.

This game is becoming so boring and repetative that it hurts. As a small f2p who buys 1+1 small pack when it's available, I can't reach the numbers needed to go to battle, which does make me a filler. 😢

Sorry but the only problem with the game are players like this....
Rallying is a massive part of the game being able to effectively plan and use tactics can mitigate resource cost and troop loss....
Half of the fun is the people you meet along the way.....

Totally understand if you don't see the point of it anymore, it's a time sink &/or a money pit depending on how you play.
Personally my account's just over a month old & I enjoy unlocking characters, familiars & artifacts for passives, I'm not bothered about the war side of the game so maybe I'll always play.
From what I understand the FTP is much better than it used to be.
Good luck getting those leader skins though, those are absurdly expensive. 😂

I have over 2000 consecutive logins and r5 of a sucessful guild but the bots are an issue as most of my now friends are f2p. Yes, ftp can be competitive but we still need p2p leads to keep the fun going. I keep playing because of the people, not the glory lol

Don't forget game has went to shit since igg capitalised on the target bot which they refuse to ban or do anything about. Mainly because it's helping iff generate money for the troops people are losing rallying others that the target bot says those players are offline.
I'm right there with you though game has died and I totally lost interest, have awesome traps and can't use them due to the target bot telling ure online and most now wont rally or attackif they know ure online.

I stopped the game 2 years ago for exactly the same reasons , trying to to survive only!! I am not speaking about being a lead , only surviving takes so much time and money that i really dont have anymore.
I think the game is pretty balance and fair. but yeah impossible if you want to full f2p can keep compete with players that already spent more than hundred thousand dollars. even you still can hold it some players with full asterlite account that rallied you. this game is just too simple to fulfill your wish for relying only on player's skill. if you want to play kind of that game, why don't you just play dota, LOL, CS, or valorant? that game is really ryling on your skill and don't care on how much money that you already spent. i mean everyone has opinion, in my perspective your statement is pretty selfish, only think on what game could give you benefit without thinking other side who already spent a lot of money for that game that make this game still alive until this day

Well that's the problem. We each don't care too much about the other. I laugh when I have taken rallies and not burned while I'm sure other rally leads cheer when they do burn someone.
We each get enjoyment out of, out doing each other. It's just gotten to a point in this game where it just doesn't matter anymore.

Bro I hv huge m but I rarely play, after artifacts came game wasn't fun, tho I hv a good account I just goto shield, play 2 or 3 mins and head out. Too much of something is not good and too much attack took the fun out of game. Even if I have 1.4k attack it will too boring, competition was gone, u get one massive hit what's the fun in that. I think they lost lot of players after artifact. Too boring my man.

Idk. It seems like you created a lot of those problems yourself. If you don't enjoy filling why you were sticking with such a big war guild like cae? If you were in a guild with lots of f2p players you would have a lot of fun during DA, GE or player rallies. I play for 6-7 years and I am in really low spending guild (we don't even have a mythic champ) so we search for rather weak kingdoms and I've seen many f2p players being active rally leads. Ofc you need to grind and squeeze everything game has to offer but it's part of the fun, isn't it? F2p players feel so entitled... Want so much without putting any effort into it.
Effort is all we f2p players put in. To call me entitled is hilarious 😂
@@BrandoF2P Idk about that. 8 years in and still stats familiars are not maxed out, wouldn't call that "putting effort". It just shows how serious you are about grinding stuff. And if you are not serious about the grind then why complain? And I am not just talking about you, there are SO MANY people in discord suggestions and igg hub asking for free stuff just like that. And whenever they release an event where you can actually get awesome rewards they complain cause they didn't save their artifact coins, energy, gems etc. while I got everything I wanted. I managed to get better gear on my food farm PURELY from bargain store than most f2p players. So yea, most f2p players don't even put effort into the game but expect so much to get.
I played this game daily for 6 years and stopped playing seriously 2 years ago... have you even seen any of my previous videos over the years?
@Schrupywacz I'm a mostly f2p , I think I've spent 40 bucks for fun. 5 years in and after so many game glitches where I put my shield on, do a little gathering, dn, etc, log off and immediately get zeroed because the game didn't register my shield. I'm around 585 million might once again. The past year I've been so uninterested in grinding anymore because there are so many guilds using cheats and bots, it is near impossible to get ahead. Shield down for 5 seconds and I get hit 39 times 🤷. I have nice gear (for not spending a cent on it) most of my monster gear is purple with ok gems because I grinded so much. I'm with the dude who made the video. So uninterested anymore because no matter how hard you grind, there are millionaires who will spend whatever it takes to keep you down.
@@winkletown8828 Interesting, I have couple accounts and never had any trouble with "game not registering shield". Pay more attention, it's not games fault. I'll bring up my food farm again cause it's good reference point, most of my mh gear there is purple too and I don't care about this account... It's just a farm

Yeah I hear ya, I've been playing since 2018 and this game sucks now, unless you're earning crazy money irl you've got no hope on this money pit game, I've basically just been going through the motions and barely playing for about two years now and thinking of quitting coz it's just too expensive and boring 😢
