You see using shadow's light in the deck, and why don't you play monkeyboard

Shadow's light works, but it has very few targets. Going second you need that battle phase to break apart your opponents boards so that's where I opt out of using it. Monkeyboard as great as it is, becomes dead if you don't see it in your starting hand. And a lot of times you want your normal summon to be Skullcrobat
