- After nearly 6 months in Costa Rica it was time to move it on.
It happened much with me during this time ... broken ankle ... heart attack ... earth quake ... new crew Follow our sailing down to Panama....

No way... that's crazy man. I just broke my ankle in Costa Rica too. Went to the orthopedist for an x-ray (here in Los Angeles) and she said this morning she already had 3 broken bones from Costa Rica.

Sorry that happened to you, what helped my father was the obvious eat well, exercise but try detoxing every couple months, it does wonders.

I am well. Laying in Florida because of Covid-19. Border to Canada closed so I can't go to Greenland as planned this summer. There is a video when I go from Panama to Cuba.

I’m so sorry about your heart attack! I had one back a year ago November! Then in Dec I had 2 stints put in my widow maker! In Sep this year I had a shock paddle attempt to fix my AFib! Didn’t work! They will try one more time!
