Are you an avid cruiser? What is your favorite cruise line and place to cruise to? You can watch my newest video here: goo.gl/Kz9Sk8 Subscribe before you leave and please give my video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it. Thank you! 💖
Yes, I have been cruising since 1990 and, so far, have over 40 cruises under my belt with 31 of them on Princess. We live only 25 miles from Port Everglades Lauderdale, but at least a third of our cruises have been to places other than the Caribbean. Have already sailed twice (both times on Regal Princess) since cruising resumed, and have another one on Princess at the end of the summer - ironically, to Canada (and Greenland) - and then another one on Hurtigruten along the Norwegian Coast to chase Northern Lights next winter. Bucket list! Tough to pick a favorite place to which we've cruised, but would have to put Venice, the Greek Isles, and Southeast Asia among the top contenders.
Oooh love the music!! I just love all that turquoise water, that is my favourite colour for water! Sorry your Bonaire was a bit of a bust with the rain and closed shops :( The snorkelling looked amazing and you got to see Turtles!! Looks like you had an amazing time, thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your vacation with us. There is just something about watching that water and listening to Caribbean music that does the soul good. I love cruising. I love getting to see different places and not being stuck in one place. So far though, my favorite cruise was my Alaskan cruise. I’ve done it twice lol. I want to do the Nova Scotia cruise from NY next.
Thank you Monica! I really enjoyed my Alaskan cruise too. If I had to choose a favorite it would be my Princess Italy and Greek Islands. That was amazing! So many places to go. 🥰
I booked a cruise for May 2023 to the ABC Islands. It looks fantastic! I've cruised on Carnival, RC and MSC. In 3 weeks, it will be Celebrity. Each cruise lines had things I really liked. ☺️
Your cruise will be here before you know it! I really enjoyed Aruba and plan on returning for a land vacation hopefully in the next year. I'm itching to go away again! 😊
I was on Regal Princess, in both Grand Turk and Amber Cove the week of March 7th, and when I opened my balcony curtains in Amber Cove, I was looking onto your ship. Odds are we probably passed each other along the way and I just didn't recognize you. Go figure. LOL. Gorgeous weather that whole week.
sooo jealous! lol jk - I am very happy for y'all. Absolutely gorgeous and love the music. Especially nice cuz we woke up to snow this morning! #CruiseGoals ❤😎
@@stylewithcathyover50 Not sure if that will happen Cathy, I had two strokes at the end of last year and has left my balance a bit woopy, I don't think I could tolerate the waves.
Great video! We are taking a similar RCL cruise March 18th. What excursions do you recommend (or not) for the 3 islands (Bonaire, Curaçao and Aruba). Any other tips will be greatly appreciated 😊
Thank you! We did island tours for all three islands. In Aruba and Curaçao after the tour we walked around town and ate lunch at some local restaurants. The three islands are a different vibe than any other Caribbean island we've visited. I just remembered in Curaçao we did stop at a beach that was breathtaking. If we were to return to Aruba, I would do a dune buggy excursion, it looked really fun! I hope that you have a great time, this particular itinerary is one of my favourites for the Caribbean!
As appealing as a cruise sounds and looks beautiful, I'm afraid I would get stuck in rough seas and get sick! It looked pretty windy all throughout your video - was it rocky on board the boat at all?
Hi Barb, yes the seas were rough on this cruise. I really enjoy the rocking motion, it helps me to sleep. We went through a storm system leaving Fort Lauderdale, so the seas were rough the first evening. The islands were very windy, that's why I'm not talking. When I played my footage back all I could hear was wind howling.
