These animals were both at the top of the food chain of their respective eras, and probably hunted and behaved very similarly. They were related. That being said Giga was quite a bit bigger than Sauro, and also more gifted in the jaw department.
There is nothing wrong with him being a T.rex fan. There are T.rex fans, Spino fans, Giga fans, I am a Carnotaurus fan, there are most probably people who like Microraptor the most. The piont is that he sometimes overestimates T.rex. It might be the strongest theropod we know of but still beating all other giant predators like Giga, Carcha, Mapu and Spino with 70 or 80% us a bit too much in my opinion.
