It's okay if they don't agree with this type of investing, many of us do agree. I have 20 positions in high growth stocks. I'm getting 15 dividend pay checks, however I'm up 125 % this year. About $650k this yr, good dividend paying portfolio, although I use an F.A so buy as much as you can and wait for the rebound. Only the brave gets rewarded in these times!
it is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold which is why a having an experienced consultant is important. I've been in touch with one for about a year now and although I was initially skeptical about it, I will say I've made more progress within a year generating 6figure profit.

Wow...When she said most of that $35K a yr guy's life is surrounded and dictated by target from his vacations to everything it just hit me how so many of us are not living life fully because we have a job that literally is enslaving our lives. Wow.. that was deep and I pray we all become independent so we can live our lives on our own terms.

She’s the most sincere person I’ve ever heard when it comes to trading , I know her course is around $2500 dollars but it’s an investment and learning a skill set that can literally change your life.

Meh.. That's where she's making her money... $5,000 courses (the ONLY way to get the discount is to purchase the most expensive one) to people desperate to start. If you under $60k/year it's not likely you have that much to blow on a course PLUS additional money to invest ESPECIALLY if she says she's targeting the minority schools / neighborhoods who make even less than that and are on EBT / Governmental Aid.

If I can blow money on expensive vacations and helping poor families, it’s nothing to spend money in order to make more.
@@sirnicholibraden86 In all honesty it is about the mindset and habits of a person as well. It is a process. There are plenty of people and families spending less and paying of hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans and other debts. If you get into the lifestyle of spending less and really being conscious and intentional with what you do with your money eventually you will be at a place to get the course and then in turn be able to invest and become debt free and really be able to make more money without spending it all first.
14:55 Yes Anthony! Yes! When I married my husband, I made 3x as much as him. My bag was his bag and his bag was my bag. It was OUR bag! I respected him and NEVER threw it in his face. He respected me and never felt inferior. Today... we have build a big bag together (we're not millionaires but we are VERY comfortable and CONTENT) and he actually makes more $$ than me. It takes trust. Choose your mate wisely and respect!

When I married my husband he wasn’t making no money at all, and my money was our money,💰 as soon as he started working his money was our money as well, and today he makes way more money than I do. All our pay check goes in the same account we’ve never argued about money. And today we have over a million dollar in rental properties. To God be the glory.

She is right it is the mentality. Literally I made wayy less working two jobs. Under 20k a year. And decided to invest. I used my stim checks and invested. In one year took 8k and made it 40k. Next year looking for 200k and the following making 1 mil. It all starts somewhere. The first year is always the hardest because your throwing everything in while learning. But once you learn, you can become what you want. Ive learned so much since July of last year when it comes to investing. Its been a blessing and Im still learning. But I believe if you do date Teri, a good man would want to learn and join with her regardless of how much she makes but love her for who she is and learn her ways. Not have to take a penny from her but join her and add on with her to build together.

That's really encouraging! I make good money, but I am a single mother of 3 with very little support. I see my kids have a scarcity mindset and I bet it's, at least in part, because we've been struggling for so long.
@@cyncity92 its actually really easy. The fed has made it very easy. Call and puts spreads are really easy way to make money without losing. Especially in the market now since its so up and down. I have a couple very long calls and right now we are looking at the potential of a recession so puts right now are where you can find money. Look up call and put spreads.
Teri’s course is worth every penny 💰 but I do agree that it’s important to at least pay off credit card debt and have an emergency fund in place before investing in the class. This was a great interview!

@@Drlighte24 You have to just invest in your education. There is limitless potential in any investment strategy. Just do it with a teachable heart and don't put parameters around your mind with 'What ifs' as if failing is your only outcome. If you go in with the expectation that if I don't get my moneys worth I'll be irritated then the class may not be for you yet. Money is a Mindset. That's what makes it a sure thing. Invest in yourself. You deserve it.

I don't know who needs to hear this but i couldn't afford rent 2 years ago, now i can. Couldn't buy a Tesla a year ago now i have both a tesla car and lots of tesla stock, my point is building wealth is in your mindset, work on that and your financial potentials becomes exponential, develop habits like avoiding debt, cutting costs and most importantly, regularly putting money away in intervals for investments .My advice is to start with the stock market, it has plenty of opportunities to earn..Trust me I was able to grow to 7 figures just on a diverse portfolio strategy spread across bluechips, top etfs and coins and i didn't even have to lift a finger because my broker James Fletcher Brennan did all the hard work, he handles all my investments and ensures I stay above the market

Two main reasons of losses in equity trading; stop loss, putting in more than 5% in one stock. first is the outcome of fear, second is the outcome of greed. we need to control both to become a successful trader.

I’m surprised your suprised she single. She does seem like a really nice person I agree. But at $10 per year, she is super limited in men she will accept in her life. She could even give a straight answer about the 50k question. Women don’t date down and looks let’s be honest don’t equate to being able to attract a man who is making millions of dollars. That’s why she says she doesn’t approach.
Plus her bloodline where all singe women so she has not seen positive role models of marriage. It easy to see why she is single. Best the luck to her but until she is able to accept men based on her level based on her look rather than her money, it’s not looking good.

We're on baby step 6 trying to pay off our home. We're investing 15% and our financial advisor advised us to try out single stocks. that percent is because most people start a business and put no effort into it, no time into, not much money into it or it generally being a pretty uncompetitive ideas like selling iphone cases. If you put the time, money, commitment and with the right mentor/ broker, then you're not playing odds, you're just taking risk, it's not like the lottery where its a predictable percentage of odds .. its based on 100 factors.

I am LOVING this conversation especially the dating portion. I don't make millions a year yet but I do make about 4 times more than my significant other yet this is the best relationship I have ever been in. I'm sitting here overwhelmed with gratitude, and s bit of sadness. I have been in prayer, working on my mindset, seeking and trying to manifest a way out of this Poverty called Social Security Disability.

I think I understand what Teri was saying about the man having to have the right mindset. He has to have the "Rich Dad" mindset instead of the "Poor Dad" mindset ( Robert Kiyosaki's book). A self-employed man making $50,000 a year has a totally different mindset than a man making $50,000 who has to punch a clock and answer to a boss.
I use a VPN and never thought to use it for finding deals. I don't travel or do a lot of shopping but maybe when I need something my VPN can help me get a lesser price (excited!).

Israel was very emotional for me too. Constant crying, praying and journaling. I felt the holy spirit on another level. The hummus was like no other and so was the fish. I nearly moved to Tel Aviv. This is actually a great show. Teri is a great example of what could be for so many if they gave investing the time. Day trading is one of the best trains smokin’. Always do your own due diligence so trading wont work for you if you’re not willing to read and study. Dividend income stocks are phenomenal!

There are millionaires that I cannot respect for their mindset; and YES, I can respect a man who makes less than $100k because that is situational until he implements his master plan. He has to have vision, drive and leadership with compassion. 💖Love her valuable information on trading and financial independence.
Translation: you can respect him temporarily on the condition that his condition is temporary.
As a trader and an investor anything I could recommend for a new trader is:
- Low cost / free education (learn from "slow" mediums, like books, where no one is screaming at you or asks you to pay $2,500 for a course [cough, cough])
- Practice on a simulator / demo account (putting the reps in, not with your $ where it could hurt you - and it will as a novice! Learn risk management, trade sizes, R/R, risk of ruin)
- Learn the tools: tradingview for charting i.e.
- Explore the importance of the mindset in trading. Super important!

You can tell the difference in mindsets. He is safe. She is GREAT.
Love to see women and especially black women succeeding in finance and in general. Also adding that men are the head of the home spiritually doesn’t negate the fact that you are claiming men are in front or above women in terms of contribution or respect or power in a relationship. Love is a partnership not a hierarchy.
She has a love for learning, she is smart with a full ride to MIT. But we all have the potential to learn if we put our minds to it. Some may have to put more effort into it where others it will come more naturally. She doesn't sit around and do nothing all day. She is constantly keeping up and researching her moves. It is a job she is passionate about. It is still a job even if you don't look at it that way.

I come from Poland and university there is free. I'm annoyed that some other countries don't do that. This just perpetuates that rich get richer and poor stay poor and it's not fair.
I started day trading only 5 months ago while having a bit of debt, so I'm with her on that. I only invested 250 euros and it's growing nicely. Where I'm at now healthcare is free and it just makes sense to make money now rather than put it off 3 years because I need to pay off the debt first, but do what you think is right for your situation and your family. Great channel and you guys are so likable and honest, I can tell you are good people. New subscriber and I'll bookmark Teri's course if I ever want to learn to do this myself.

Yes. So what she is saying the best men for her/us is the Loan Brokers, Life and Health Agents, etc.. Men that although they may be at the lower end of the income spectrum, but they arn't bound to one place. They can do their work from anywhere in the world, thus it gives them flexibility to travel, think freely and be romantic.
