This is a four part series of "Ask the Expert" sessions hosted by the Private Water Network and NEHA's Private Water and Decentralized Wastewater Program Committee. Session 2 focuses on residential on-site sewage facilities (OSSF). Our panel expert is Tom Vyles, Environmental Health Manager at the Town of Flower Mound Environmental Health Services in Texas, who has more than 10 years of regulatory experience in septic systems and water wells.
