I don't go to Church on a regular basis. I sin. I work in my Financial Career wayyyy too much. I cuss too much. I have horrible habits. I'm often consumed by money and success. I watch things that I shouldn't. I don't read the Bible. Then, I heard about "The Chosen". I can't quit watching it! Jesus Christ was a REAL human who laughed, cried, danced, performed REAL and tangible miracles, led and taught people, and treated sinners and those less worthy with kindness and compassion. Because of Christ, I'm on a mission to lead a MUCH better life (for a thousand reasons). This series is REALLY helping me on my journey!!! 🙏

Going to church doesnt make you a good person - It just makes it easier to be good, when youre not in church.

@@JezielProdigalSon - I kinda quit going to Church. Our Minister is 82-years old and has the ability to put you to sleep in less than 5-minutes. We spend half of the time standing and singing hymns. A big majority of people there are seniors looking for free coffee and cookies after the service (it's a social thing for them). I get almost nothing from Church. I pray all the time, I always try to help others out, etc., etc.

@@russbigdog7229the Bible is not a religious book. It's the history book and heritage of the true Chosen people and we don't look like the ones in this film. This book was written by Israelites, to Israelites and for Israelites
@@louisejones5773 The Holy Bible encompasses many things with different aspects. It has both Jew and Gentile contained within it. The "Good News" was meant to be proclaimed and accepted throughout the whole world. It is not only for the Israelites.

I said it was written to the Yisraelites, for the Yisraelites and by the Yisraelites. Jew is the southern kingdom of Yisrael and gentile is the northern kingdom of Yisrael. Gentiles are actually those Yisraelites that were cut off. Everybody else are strangers like Isaiah 14:1,2 talks about
The Bible became more clearer to me when I am watching The Chosen and reading the Scriptures about the same stories

It gives me a clearer picture of the people jesus selected to follow him and the impact he was having it also blows my mind when I think about how everything in creation was made through him he saw it from the view of heaven to then be born in human form and be seeing everything he created from the eyes of a human they've done a brilliant job with this series and couldn't of come at a better time in the crazy world we live in I'm glad it's reaching so many people
Very True.....Before I used only to read the Bible for the sake of reading.....Now when I read the same pasaages....I feel it happening....like Jesus in the midst of us....the dialogues...the expressions...the situations.....THE CHOSEN has made Bible reading more beautiful

Nicodemus and Jesus meeting on the ROOFTOP was magical and it tell us EVERYTHING WE NEED TO KNOW about Jesus and his EARTHLY MINISTRY!!
P.S. Did anyone else notice when Nicodemus entered the rooftop to meet with Jesus, that the lamps were shaped like Crosses?

One thing I noticed watching this and reading the stories in the Bible. Jesus loved feasts and celebrations. He loved being around people and every time, it presented a teaching moment. Whether it was his followers or his critics. I need to start having more celebrations and feasts and having friends over to discuss the words of Jesus Christ! Think how awesome that would be. Good food, good company and the GOOD WORD!

I watched a stream today and the creator of the show mentioned that less than 5% of the viewers financially support the show. We can do so much more as believers and followers of Christ. Where people spend eternity is the Most Important Decision a person can EVER make. Let's do more to support a show that has helped to bring people to Christ and has helped those of us who have possibly strayed strengthen of our relationship with Jesus❤❤❤. SUPPORT THE CHOSEN! ❤❤❤
I am not sure that 5% is an accurate number because I have donated, bought merch & watched Season 4 in the theater...yet I have also rewatched every episode on just about every platform Angel/Chosen & RUclips so many times 😂. Still, if you can please contribute!!!

jesus i call on you every night to save my marriage and bring my wife... she left me wanting her independece... now she is 77, i'm 68.. she had 3 strokes 6 yrs ago.. i have loved her over 17 yrs... i want her back home i lover and need her.. i'm still hoping for 25-30 yrs with her.. i want to hold her hand when she leaves this world for heaven,,, and waits for me.. we love our lord ...jesus soften her heart.. please pray for my wife carolyn and her husband larry..ty

I love it that Jesus I have felt him in my heart gives me goosebumps of warmth just saying it. Jesus focuses on heart not the mind. If Jesus was talking to me right now he would say I see your greatness in you not from your mind but from your heart that’s where the kingdom of god lies within you. I love how Jesus is teaching the deciples.
As I watch these movies, I see the simplicity, love and compassion of Jesus. He seeks the rejected, the desperate, the one in debt, the outcast, and the depressed. Indeed God is love.
While he walk the earth it was love walking the earth.
Love expressing himself daily. Every healing, every call was about love.
There are so many beautiful scenes in this show. Many which have you well up inside, and brings tears to your eyes. Amazing show.

My two favorite scenes are when Jesus healed Mary and how the man at the pool was healed. I believe that Jesus lived and died for us. So we too can be healed...spiritually,mentally and physically. Thank you Lord Jesus.
Finally an authentic retelling of the Gospels with the humanity, humour, and love that had to have happened during Jesus' ministry. Kudos for having the bravery to depict a real and living saviour, not some stodgy pretentious cardboard cutout. Thank you for making me cry every episode, and making my Lord and Saviour like a real person.

Being soldiers of Christ in his army in his armour in his hands under the cross of Christ and covered in the Blood of Jesus Christ!! Hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah I'm a soldier for the Lord and I love to see other soldiers believing in the Power of God. Knowing that all things are made possible thru Him. Believing not what we see but walking in faith. And then getting to be able to see things like this to edify the spirit. To engrain and solidify that Jesus Christ is coming for me and you.

I AM 66 years old acme like the pertain who stated that this was the piece of film work they have ever seen... definitely top 5... and I have seen a lot of good movies and shows in my life!!! But none of them have impacted my life like this one, like I can reach out and touch Jessie!!! I have seen the entire series over 20 times now I reference it like a Bible like... in season 3 episode 4 Jesus said this... it has changed myself and many of my friends for the better!!! We Are starting a showing at a ministry center with popcorn and the whole 9!!! Episode 1 starts Jan 13....a Saturday Matinee!!

One of the saddest things I saw here was Nicodemus wanting so much to be with Jesus, but he can’t let go of his life like everyone has. He wanted to be His student, His follower, but cannot abandon the life he had lived and risking what he has. But he still believed in Him to the end.

She was not being healed. She was possessed by a demon which Jesus told it to leave. Once it leaved, she awaken as normal since the demon is now gone. She was confused why she was in bed. Also, no one in that room notice she was possessed other than Jesus.

These 2 are such good actors,, so many good scenes,, I'm still getting young people t watch. Seems like they're a bit slow in my county,,these kids can't even get to the movies, but they are online.
Moving from town to town just to fulfill The Father's will and in the end getting killed because the people were ungrateful and jealous of his powers is just disturbing.
