I usually collect content from authentic govt. websites or from books....so as such there is no single pdf...but you can make notes from this if you find it helpful :)

Dear @Anju only difference is in elementary we include only primary level and in secondary we include secondary level and in school education we will include both, otherwise steps of universalization will be same. You just have to mould the same type of information by different headings.
