    The bone stops dont have an offset?

      Not as I showed it but if you feel that's critical, offset the jaw in those areas by .2 (same as guide) and pull the bone stops to that surface

      OKay I guess its not necessary then. Imma get those sinus lift drills tho, do they spin counterclockwise? @@n.coryglenn3814

      Hi, I don't follow.......don't think I did any boolean stuff with this method.

      ​@@n.coryglenn3814 i saw your video in which you made a guide with bone stop using the boolean union of the meshmixer, that's what i meant... that union never worked for me. with the method in this video i was able to make a bone stop.
