Actually after watching Evan Turner videos I think he is a great fit for Portland. Really clutch player and good perimeter defender and can really create for his own shot and pass too which will free Dame and CJ up. Need to improve on his 3 point shot but Portland has gotten guys like Aminu and Harkless to be decent 3 point shooters last year so it could very well happen # RipCity
Yep. This is a better pick up for POR than people think. Just sticker shock with the new CBA. He solves a lot of the defensive and playmaking issues they have after Dame and CJ. If POR can now keep their RFA's in Harkless, Crabbe, Turner and Aminu; that would be one heck of a wing rotation. Now just need Meyers and Vonleh to realize their potential and THIS TEAM IS SCARY. All they need is to sure up rim protection- that's it. COME ON OLSHEY !!!! DONT LET UP!!!! GO BLAZERS!!!!
I kind of agree with this. I was NOT happy with 4/$70M, but.....now that it's settled in and I've seen some more highlights of the dude....I'm optimistic for our future. #RipCity
